The place is horrible, horrible staff. Very racist environment. I was a worker there but the terminated me from opening shift and put taz the shift lead to present my job what I do in the morning. I was a good worker and the whole city knew that even when I step out they would wave one guy clapped his hands some as he came in cause he knew he was getting good coffee ? well no more the police excorted me out of the store opening along with taynasia smith or whoever and I turned my key in. I had enough ? Erica hamiliton will be y’all new opener. Hope she better than me ✊?Peace

Very unfriendly , very bad service

I love the coffee the bagels with vegetable cream cheese. It's almost everyday thing

Just stop by to DD location and the cashier at this location was vey rude. Tall colored male not polite with a black customer but very helpful and attentive to white customers. I will never stop at this location again.

This Dunkin is usually awful but great today. VERY friendly staff.

This used to be my favorite Dunkin’ Donuts location but not anymore. I ordered half of dozen donuts for my family and I brought it home. Unfortunately, my sister and my brother ate their donut already. I go to grab mine and my sister notice it’s a roach in the box under the donut. We had to kill the bug and throw out the donuts. We were disappointed and disgusted. THEY ARE NOT CLEAN AND THEY HAVE ROACHES DO NOT EAT HERE I SWEAR TO YOU. They need to be shut down.

Today I went to buy a hot chocolate and 2 croissants the worst service I've ever seen

very rude workers.

Mornings are hectic, so I ordered 10 minutes ahead to give them time. I went in today to my drink was there but my croissant was not. Instead of just making the croissant the asked me for my order. Then acted as if I was in capable of finding a bag with my name on it. Then asked me for my order number again. Then finally when I was late enough for work and was at the register asking for my money back. They made the croissant and asked the customer to call me to come get it. It was embarrassing and tacky. I was so embraced I just threw the whole meal out.

So this place cares about their patrons not at all. Adjacent to a huge mostly empty parking lot. No tables inside (covid). Bought coffee, crossed street to drink it and read the news on my phone. Came back an hour later, and lot owner had booted my car. $200 to get frackin' free. Asked store manager why the permit or abide this. Response.... Uhhhh.Nothing.Dunkin' across Bergen Street from Rutgers Hospital in Newark NJ.Will never enter a Dunkin again for so long as I live. Truth!
