Ice cream made me feel so sick after eating it. I’ve never had a problem with eating Ice Cream but I couldn’t even finish my bowl (I Love It) because of how sick it made me feel. Idk if they served me and my bf old ice cream or expired fruits but I have never felt this sick over ice cream. It’s been 2+ hours and the ache has yet to go away. I went at 9 but even if it’s near closing time they should not serve stuff if it’s been there all day/has expired. (I’d go to Gelotti’s or Carvels over this place, it’s expensive and not worth the stomach pain)
I ordered a half gallon of mud pie mojo to go. When I got home it didn’t have peanut butter, Oreo’s, or fudge. When I called the manager refused to talk to me and he told the girl that answered the phone to tell me that he was busy and I cannot bring it back to get the correct ingredients. I really liked the store but this made me upset.
Customer service means everything and this place doesn’t have it. Not to mention they charge for an extra empty cup so our twins can split the ice cream.By far the worst place! Not quite sure how they have so many good reviews.
Great location, found parking quickly and I was there a few minutes after the shop opened. Staffs attitude wasn’t pleasant, as in everyone looked miserable but the ice cream was delicious.
The staff was friendly, courteous and patient.The store was clean and well presented.Outside there is onstreet parking.If you have never had the ColdStone Experience, go to your nearest one today! IM located in NJ, but IKNOW there are locationz in FL and NY. Each one just as best as the last.My favorite is banana & cheesecake ice cream blended with blueberries & yellow cake.

Great place. Taking one star because the past few times I’ve been there none of the staff have worn gloves at all.
Love the ambiance and setting. I love the outdoor seating, they have a great fresh selection of ice creams and toppings, the girls that work there are so sweet and welcoming.
