They have a vegan ice cream! I always wanted to try rolled ice cream and never could cuz nowhere ever had a vegan choice. I was so excited!

Everyone is so friendly here! The ice cream is also amazing. You get to watch them make the ice cream and roll it up too.
Worst ever. Had to wait 32 minutes for ice cream. They trap you by telling you AFTER you order that the wait is 25+minutes. I don't care how good the ice cream is, don't waste your time here. They are not setup correctly to manage the volume of business in a reasonable time.

TBH I wasn’t expecting this place to be as good as it was. It’s a small ice cream shop with friendly employees. I ordered a #1 which was Oreo and my boyfriend had the strawberry one. SO GOOD! We sat outside on a small bench they have for customers & enjoyed our sweetness in a cup.This is definitely a place I will come back to. :)
We found this establishment by doing a Google Search for Ice Cream in Montclair. On a whim we picked it. I had never heard of, nor seen, the manner in which the confections are created. Stretching, then rolling the “ice cream” with the chosen flavors wrapped in. Everything about it was great; the employees were friendly and truly seemed to love what they were doing. The finished product is complete with whatever add-ons are included. So every ice cream “cup” is supremely unique. Please visit this wonderful establishment...you will love the while experience.
I wondered what the hype was for a while, and now that I’ve been, I get it.For those who are confused about what Absolute Zero really is (like I was) it’s similar to coldstone in that the flavors you want get mixed into the ice cream, then you have whatever toppings you want on top. It’s a ton of ice cream for a fair price - you could split it between two people easily.
I’ve been traveling 50 min just for their ice cream!! It’s worth the drive!! I reach home and cursing myself for not getting two more.
The cashier was very polite and helpful. He recommended getting our rolled ice cream like how they usually make it so we told him it was ok. They were absolutely delicious. They are so worth what you pay for plus,whatever topping you want for the same price. The inside is nicely decorated, clean and has seats to sit down and enjoy your ice cream. 5 out of 5 definitely will come back.
