Sat at the bar, Robert, the bartender, was awesome!!
I don’t understand the good reviews here honestly. Sat down at a table that had a small leak from the ceiling right above it. Asked the hostess if we can move and before I can finish my sentence, and without looking at me, tells me there are no tables left. I repeated myself making sure she heard me that there was water dripping down on me and the table and again, she just repeated herself that there are no other tables available. She could have apologized, she could have suggested we move the table over, etc.. but she was incredibly rude and not a person.Fettuccini tasted as if it had artificial lemon juice sprinkled on it, and despite having mushrooms in the dish the umami flavor was nonexistent. The veal Parmesan tasted like a thin chicken parm that you would get from any ordinary pizza store. The cacio e Pepe was lacking, no flavor. The side of broccoli rabe was incredibly bitter. Like mouth numbing butter. The branzino was decent.
Keep coming back.. Most of my reward points come from dining in this restaurant.
Staff (especially Rob) is friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Great specials and cocktails. Loved the vibe at the bar! One of the best restaurants in Long Branch. Reservations recommended
The most rude waitress / hostess Iâve ever encountered in my life. I hope this job is temporary otherwise she should reconsider hospitality as her calling in life.
Trama is our favorite restaurant. We gladly sat at the bar. Bartender, Robert, is amazing, makes fabulous cocktails, and somehow is able to tend tables at the same time. Pasta dishes are excellent, and the Pork Chop is amazing. For desert, get the Pana Cotta. Very light and delicious.
It was my suggestion to go to Trama, so I was so happy when everyone loved it. Food, service and ambiance were exceptional. We will definitely be going there again soon.
Had a delicious dinner at Trama! Cacio de peppe and clams and spaghetti were both excellent! Panna cotta for desert! Just like Italy's! Brava!
Menu nice. Cod was good. Nothing unusual. Feit llike food came too quickly. Would try again when back in town.
