Best pizza I’ve ever had. The waitress/co-owner was very kind and welcoming, even though we came right before the kitchen closed. Great atmosphere and other menu options. I usually don’t go to Long Branch for beach days, but I would go back just for this pizza. Best pizza on the Jersey Shore.
We ordered 2 pizzas/ penne vodka and garlic knots. This place use to be good I don’t know about anymore sadly. We got the two pizzas sadly the sauce tasted like it had little flavor. The crust was great though. We also ordered the penne vodka and it tasted funny and had no flavor sadly. They also forgot our garlic knots. Sad that this place has fallen and is not so good anymore.
“NOTHING “Very disappointed in their customer service.. definitely didn’t appreciate how my family was treated….we heard they had good food “ so we wanted to try it .. when we arrived a young boy approached us and asked can I help you we said we need a table for 3 — we looked around and it wasn’t busy there were about 5 empty tables and it was near 7:00 and he went and talk to the waitress an older woman and when he returned and said the waitress said we ran out of food and my husband said , what !! I see food being served and an order being taken and then he back to her and when he returned he said, she really doesn’t want to serve anymore people… “that’s really nice” .. “great service”… time to retire “ can only imagine how many customers she chased away we are definitely not the first …I will never ever step foot in that place and to be honest I work in the business and I will make it known how unprofessional they treat their customers… …shame on the owners for allowing this so called server to control their business … I will spend my money elsewhere….I don’t care how much or how good food is at anyplace IF THE SERVICE IS “RUDE” IT ISN’T WORTH MY TIME OR MONEY…Good Day
I drove 45 minutes with my family and my friends said this place had really good food and when we when we arrived there the busboy said can I help you I said I need a table for 3 then he says he'll get the waitress and the waitress said to him that they had no more food then when I questioned that they were taking take out orders the old waitress said that they weren't serving customers so me and my family left the place and I was shocked and appalled at the professionalism of the staff as well as the owner for not telling the truth were they out of food or were they not serving customers you couldn't get a right answer from anybody so shame on the owner because I can take my money to any restaurant in the area and I will never ever take my family to nunzios pizza and I will make sure that I tell everyone my experience at nunzios pizzaIn my opinion the owner and staff are very unprofessional and unorganized if rather starve to death than eat in this establishment
This pizza aint it. Idk what these reviews are talking about. Flavorless is an understatement crust tasted like its been rolled in flour aftee it was cooked. And cash only was strange as well.
Nunzios is the only good old school pizza place left standing in long branch . The OG Freddy’s is gone so it’s just Nunzios left . If you want a solid slice done right this is your place . Nothing fancy just good pizza and that’s what matters . ?
Nunzio's has been a favorite all my life! I grew up coming here in the 60s,and loved it then as I do now.Snookie and Louie never disappoint; their food and hospitality exceed excellence always!If you have never tried Nunzio's treat yourself; I'm sure you'll be back time and again!
I am not a huge eater, but this was the about the best pizza I ever had. Thinner crust, but not paper thin like some other places. Fresh taste. Everyone I was with agreed. Great pizza. There are other excellent pizza places around the area like Vic's, Del Pontes, and Federici's, but Nunzios edges them all out.
Been getting pizza at Nunzio for 40 years. Its the best around !! Nothing can compare!!
I tried their pizza for the first time yesterday, after reading about the wonderful reviews. The pizza was burnt and dried out. Not happy at all. Probably will not try it again. I ordered the pizza at 4 o’clock and picked it up at 20 after. I don’t understand why It Was burnt.
