I liked the fries platter. The chili on the hot dog wasn't the best but it was tasty enough. We asked if the hot dogs were all beef and our waitress said yes but it definitely wasn't. Looked and tasted like a regular hot dog. And the Hawaiian dog was a little lackluster on the presentation. Not much dressings on it. Again the food was tasty but I didn't appreciate being lied to and the toppings were unimpressive. I'd be willing to try this place again but only for the burgers that they are named for...
Not even any better than McDonalds. We both felt sick after… service was terrible. They were so annoyed to have to take care of customers and had no serving or customer service skills. We were very excited to try this place as it was supposed to open last year and never did.Very disappointing. We tried the fries, milkshakes and the burgers. We’ve been to every place in Long Branch this is now on the bottom of the list we would pick or suggest to friends or family. Won’t be back. ??
the onion rings are great! the fries are seasoned well but were a bit too soft for my liking. besides this, no vegetarian options :/
Today 04.15.22 I went to this place in Long Branch NJ, looking for something to eat, the place looks very nice, espacious and great environment. We ordered a couple hamburguers, the staff was nice, but oh surprise It was the worse hamburguer that I ate on my life! The meat was unseasoned, found some mushrooms frozen, the bread very sweet and the fries untasty, as looks overfried...in addition we paid $43.oo dollars for 2 hamburguer and 1 soda? Instead go to Macdonald's and I sure you get something better!I'll never return there.
Their pulled pork sandwich is sooo good! Burgers are also banging, only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because the burgers/sandwiches don't come with fries (you need to order on the side) & they're a bit pricey but that's also anywhere in Pier Village so I wasn't really surprised. But, quality of the food is good!
Place was clean and staff was friendly and professional. Food was average. Classic burger was dry but the bun was good. Wish them well but not my cup of tea.
Not bad! The buns add a lot of sweetness to the burger, I do wish the meat was seasoned a little heavier to cut through the sweetness for the Kahuna Classic. The Dragon was much better in terms of balance.
I’m not gonna be too hard on this place since it just opened. My order was pretty simple. I got a create your own burgers, the “Mac’adamia n cheese”(Mac and cheese) and a Sierra Mist. The macadamia n cheese has some spice to it and honestly it’s one of the best Mac and cheeses I’ve had. Possibly the best. When it comes to the burgers and the service, the burger was nothing to write home about and they forgot to put cheese on my burger. Only one slice per two Pattie’s.The girl at the register was nice, but seemed more concerned with her phone at times.I would definitely go back solely based on the Mac n cheese , but I recommend coaching employees and getting better beef product- especially given that burger is in your business title.
The food is very poor quality below your local mcdonalds 85 $ check for 4 left 80percent of food on the table
