Excellent all around. The Paella ?, was to die for.Highly recommend!!

This place looks like nothing special from the outside but the food is very good and the menu is enormous. We really enjoyed happy hour after the beach but might go back sometime for dinner. The locals know where to hang!

Always a pleasure to dine here. Great food, great service!! ❤️

My favorite restaurant quality food consistency, great staff. Great drinks. Can't beat it. Best, Italian restaurant around

We went for restaurant week. Definitely will be back. Staff was very nice. Food was very good. Even the patrons were very nice. The no name salad I could eat every day. Short rib is amazing.

Delicious, charming Italian food in the heart of Long Branch! Went in this evening for an early birthday dinner and we did NOT leave disappointed (or hungry)! The filet mignon with jumbo shrimp was fantastic, and the calamari was fresh and tasty as well. Will be going back hopefully soon.Parking: Plenty of parking in the rear of the restaurant.

Very nice restaurant. A reserved the upstairs area for a large party and John was very helpful. The food was amazing.

My wife and I are regulars at Johnny Piancones> We enjoy the food, the service and ambiance. Last night we had a reservation. When we walked in we announced our reservation. Big John wouldn't give us a table. He sat us at a high top at the bar area.John gave us two dirty menus, and two more papers that just as dirty. As my wife and I sat there waiting for service we noticed 4 tables open. We ordered drinks. I kept looking at the tables. We were there for a half an hour with our first drinks. There were two tables available we could have had. I was so turned off due to the condition of the menu paper and John's attitude. We asked for the bill and left. I'm not sure I will go back to Pianncones again.

I went last night with a bunch of friends from work. We try to hit a few restaurant every restaurant week. The restaurant week menu was extensive - almost the entire menu was included! The food was absolutely delicious (and I'm Italian from Brooklyn lol!)Everyone at our table ordered the Tuscan Shrimp appetizer, which was absolutely delicious! We all had different entrees - I ordered the stuffed chicken breats - but everyone loved what they ordered. I know I will be back to try a few! Also, for dessert we had the choice of the entire dessert menu! Usually for restaurant week they give you only a few options. Again, the portions were huge! I ordered the flourless chocolate cake, and others ordered the oreo cheesecake and chocolate peanut butter pie, and the rest ordered the HOMEMADE ice cream, which they said was and is the best ice cream they've ever had (and they are ice cream lovers). The waiter was awesome. He said he helped pick the menu and made the ice cream himself!Sometimes restaurants will cut the portion sizes when you order from the restaurant week menu, but the portions were huge! I could barely finish my entree (I managed!)I will definitely be coming back again in the future!

Finally went for dinner. Wine pours very good. actually big. Food portions good. Pretty large. My chicken parm could have fed 3 men. Quality of food was just average. Not better than a diner or your local pizza joint. Did not even bother to take home leftovers.
