No Manager at site. Oven broken and the one young employee couldn’t process gift card. And, it’s not the kids fault. It’s not like there aren’t a dozen other places to go! Managers need to manage!!
This place is a joke , the staff , the time it takes to get a drink, employees don’t care about your wait.
This is one of the best Dunkin Donuts in town the staff here are very helpful and very empathetic if they make a mistake they'll fix it even if it's your mistake they'll fix it I highly recommend this Dunkin Donuts
The sign on door says closes at 8pm I have gone multiple times after work to bring coffee and treats home. They always close early. I even call earlier in the day to make sure they will be open, I'm always assured that they will be. last week I got there 6:20 and they had already locked the doors. There is lack of supervision in the evening so the kids close when they want. Not even going to attempt to go here anymore . The morning is on point just not the night crew

Cold brew pumpkin cream at other DDs is amazing but was disappointment here, with strangely weak coffee taste, and cup filled with ice. I like DD’s clever cup lid design, and look forward to non-plastic cups sometime soon.
Dunkin donuts coffee is the best. It was very weak coffee yesterday at this location. Coolatta drink had no coffee in it - is it even possible? We asked for vanilla coolatta but it came with no coffee in it. Staff was passive - not connecting with customers.
Super disappointed for such a simple order. Half my cup was foam and there was barley any coffee. Felt like the staff just wanted to stand there as they ignore the customers come in. Just felt like service could’ve been better and I could’ve gotten more coffee in a medium cup.
