I have to be honest. Reviews of long branch you guys are really tough. I am aware of the expectancy of on time food. It is the most important aspect of a food brand to produce meals properly, and warm. I just received my food and no I am not new to this location I am pretty aware they take a long time.So for many residence in this area I would have to say if you expecting your food around 45 minutes.. I would try another dominos such as eatontown or even ocean. I say this because we are at pivotal times. Food chains, Apparel stores and and simple convenience stores are all under staffed and as usual no different this 6 years ago the demand for anything and everything is high.So my suggestion regardless you choose to or not, all but your choice. prior to order be busy, be patient and don't push your order. I waited because waiting out of the door for the delivery. I am sure they are tired and is near 12 a.m. The delivery man apologized but at the end I know as he assured me he said "It came right out of the oven" So long wait or not, they made sure it was warm and ready. I just had the patience and considerate expectations.
This dominos is one of the worst locations I’ve ever ordered from. My order always takes at least an hour to arrive and I live less than 5 minutes away. The last time I ordered my food came ice cold, had essential ingredients missing and the cheese dip has such little cheese that it hardened to the bottom of the pan they baked it in and I couldn’t even use it as a dip!! I had to SCRAPE it off the bottom! I requested a refund and still haven’t heard anything back from them. Don’t waste your money!
This dominos is absolute garbage- the pizza is fine but the workers are awful they just do not care. We ordered pizza over an hour ago and the order still says preparing so we tried calling and stayed on hold for 15 minutes no answer and then said was experiencing technical difficulties.
Ordered 2 pizzas for lunch today and said I would be there a specific time for pick-up. Spoke to John who was extremely polite on the phone when he took my order. When I went to pick up my order it was just out of oven as promised.To my surprise John was working alone because the other employees had called out. He was answering the phone,cooking and running the store alone. His delivery driver was out on delivery.Hedeserves alot of credit for doing a fantastic job !! Thank you John!!
horrible, spent $60.00 today.opened my meal to find the TINY wings ever,but OK,maybe they tasty,tried one,fatty and tasteless, tried to return, was refused because I ate one, didn't bring crystal ball to let me kno they were disgusting before hand.employee was little to be desired and even though I paid for that crap I left it on the counter and walked out. NEVER AGAIN
This is the last time I get anything from this store. This pizza was supposed to be extra sauce, extra cheese and extra sausage. There is no sauce. There is 12 pieces of sausage on it and the amount of cheese is so lacking that the layer of cheese burnt when the pizza was cooked. This is not pizza. This is a burnt disc of garbage. I tried to call and no one answered the phone. Unfortunately, this is the norm for this Dominos and the customer service is non-existent. We will not be ordering from here again. This is the 3rd time we’ve gotten burnt from this place. No more.

( 11/17) Ordered 2 pizzas and 2 cheese breads. Pizza arrived cd and due to allergies I said I didn't want specific toppings which I still ended up with on the pizza. Been on hold for 15 minutes before anyone answered the phone and offered me a refund. Absolutely ridiculous.Update: I was told 2 to 3 business days and I would get my refund, I still haven't gotten my refund yet (11/24). I understand things can be chaotic but this is absurd to say the least.
The salads look great and taste great the pizzas look even better
