1 hour in drive thru line on a Thursday at midnight. ONE HOUR. And before you say that's crazy, I wasn't driving, otherwise I would have left after 15 mins. 30 mins just to get to the order part, then 10 minutes to pay, then 20 minutes waiting at the window for our food. Ridiculous!
Kinda under whelming. Ordered a number 8 and took about 10 minutes for the food to be prepared. For fast food it's not very fast. Over all the food was at least fresh and hot and actually pretty good . I do have to note none of the staff seemed happy or had any sense of urgency at all
Terrible experience 3 different times on the night shift. They completely messed up my total order! I should have checked it. The last 3 times I was there, 2x with another person and the service was horrible! They were too busy running around, playing tag in the restaurant! That's how they messed up my order! The whole night shift has Big Attitudes and they keep you waiting over 30 to 45 minutes or more on the drive thru! All that horse playing needs to stop because customers are not happy about this particular place! Some people need not to be working there! I got less than what I paid for!!! I hear others complain as well!
Pulled into the drive through at 4am, and wanted to order impossible burgers. Was told no, then I asked for the 1927 burgers and they said they couldn’t do those either because they are cleaning the grills. Not sure why I came to a burger joint and can’t order a burger but left disappointed.
They need to use gloves hairs nets and wash their hands policy rule for all fast food places trust me use to work in one and sanitation is key it’s great but can be better
We pre ordered our meal packet and it was ready,even though they only had 2 employees working! Because of that I didn't see that happening. Kudos to those employees!
Showed up after midnight after daughter's flight to Jersey and she wanted White Castle. We were greeted by the most pleasant young lady named Ebony. She was very friendly and professional. My daughter had a very bad day and her personality made her feel so mixup better. Oh yeah and the food was fresh, hot and as always tasty.Thank you Ebony you've earned this establishment a 5 star rating from me.
Ghetto White Castles and not in a good way. The women who work at night have the worse attitude. She literally stared me down! The other staffer looked like she came out of Rikers or Pelican Bay. It took over 30 minutes to get my food. That's after I ordered online and arrived.I feel bad for the young guy who works there.
Not enough employees working. There were two cooks and one person on the register for born drive through and inside orders. Received 2 stars because the employees were overworked but were still has great customer service skills
Visiting NY and could not leave without delicious White Castle. Takes me back to my youth. Filling and affordable. Four cheeseburgers, fries, drink under $9. Can't beat that.
