I’m still shaking my head at the experience I just had at this Wendy’s. I ordered a medium frosty and was told they only had small, I was a little confused with that because I was sure they had different size cups so I ordered two. When I got to the window to pay I was taken aback how the staff looked. They honestly looked as if they were all recently released from prison (Durags, tattoos and not pleasant at all) when I asked for clarification they just stared at me as if I had three heads and they were intoxicated. I honestly just wanted to pull away. Never going back there!
Staff needs retraining (if they ever got training) in customer service and making sure items ordered are in the bag. I have had items missing in my bag on more then one occasion. A smile, positive attitude and thank you are needed here. I hope the management reads this because they are the reason for this lack of service. You don't know, what you don't know. This is an easy fix.
I get the manager was doing his job and he seems like a nice guy, but I felt like a criminal. You cant get to the utensils area to grab what you need without him watching you! He did it twice with me. I freaked and panicked. I left the place fast. Almost felt discriminated.Do people steal so many straws, napkins, drinks that he has to watch you like a hawk??Oh my gos. Heck no. Going somewhere else and I was in a rush cause of work.No offense, just saying. Dont get the man fired please. Just be careful not to watch others like that. Its very uncomfortable.
Nasty manager lady short hair African American lady. Cursing at people what type of “manager” are you? No customer service skills at all. The whole staff is rude, wish 0 stars existed. Just because they don’t want to honor a coupon that was clearly valid. They need to be fired especially the manager.
I usually don’t like to give one star ratings, but this place earned it. In life everyone earns things, so this particular Wendy’s earned a one star rating. Their customer service stinks! Now I know their probably over worked but every customer that comes to any establishment counts. Believe me when I say, I’m not one of those people that believe the statement “Customer is always right” because that’s not a true statement. I believe the customer can make mistakes. However, I put my hard earned money into their pockets to get the service that I received. Every dollar you put in a register is money in their pockets. “If no customer no business, no business no work”, now that’s the statement I believe in.. Trust me, this is not the first time I’ve come to this Wendy’s, and believe it when I say every time has been the same experience over and over. The whole establishment including management needs to attend a class on customer service. The person on the drive thru window having a conversation with another coworker and then getting an attitude with me when I ask for some ketchup. No ice in my drink, and the fries. Oh please don’t let me talk about the fries. CAN SOMEONE SAY SOGGY!!! Not just soggy but soggy full of grease. Reminds me of checkers fries. When you squeeze the fries a whole bunch grease comes out. Did Wendy’s change their fries? If so please bring it back? If not please retrain.
I actually work here i’ve been working here for four months and I keep the parking lot clean the garbage out so clean that two customers had to acknowledge me and my work. The one thing that I love about this company is that it’s diverse.
Terrible!! The person in the drive thru was very rude and with an attitude, she started yelling because she didn't listen and my son got scared and started crying!! I wouldn't give it any stars if I could! They should do something else if they don't have patience with customers...
We had a full menu and last minute 2 people decided to change their menu got to the window and it was happily changed no dilemmas great staff
The fries are poorly made and I didn't go back because I was in a rush. The fries were warm, not hot and look like they had been sitting around for maybe an hour or two. Very poor service.
Horrible. Don't go at night staff is rude. They don't let you pull up to the drive thru after the car ahead. Shady stuff going on. Never eating there again. I filing a complaint with corporate
