I love taco bell but it sucks the closest one is in Woodbridge at the shoprite parking lot, that's about 10-15 min away from me, so I got excited when they built this location that's only 5 min from me.. With that said.. I am very disappointed at the quality of the food and the service of the employees, first time they forget to give me my drink, as I pulled into my drive way I realized they didn't give it to me, second time I ordered 2 chalupas, one was delicious, the other was cold and the bread was stale! The 3rd time they didn't even give me 2 chalupas! They gave me some flat bread thing thing, now today it's 930am and they have no coffee at all?! How do you run out of coffee? Right now they switched it out for a freeze which I'm currently waiting for for 10 min now! This place is the worst.. I am. Never coming to this location again, no more chances
They gave me the wrong order in the drive thru. When I circled back to the drive thru there was such a long line and I couldn’t wait. I parked by the door and kept knocking to switch bags but the lady kept pretending to ignore me. Finally when I kept knocking harder and harder she looked up and I had to yell through the glass for her to understand. She refused to help me until the lady that gave me the wrong order saw me from a distance and told the one ignoring me to give me my bag. She definitely felt stupid handing me correct order.
The place is an absolute joke over there. My family and I had about 7 items, and they gave us the completely wrong order. We didn't check the food as we were in a rush for movie night. We get back to let them know they got the order wrong, and the lady asked us to park. 30 minutes later, and the door being locked, another upset customer raced out the restaurant looking very upset, and that's how I got in the restaurant. I asked her if she got the order started. She then got my receipt, and the cooks just started making the food right then. A different upset customer informed me they've been waiting on their food for an hour and 20 minutes. As they had the same problem as I did. We wasted a good hour out of our time. I asked for a refund and will not be going back to this location.
Very disorganized team working there!!! Had to wait 30 minutes for a 12 pack of tacos. I still don't understand how people ordering thru those take out Apps get priority over a customer walking into your establishment!!! I guess we reward the lazy now. SMH
Wanted on my order for ever .. i was gere for.more.then 35 minutesI order 3 different ordersPay separately and resive 2And had teapot for the 9service order 20 more minutes.Also when I came in and went to the.bathroom one of the workers was smoking .. (vaping)Very bad !!! One of the worst!!
This Taco Bell is poorly managed and is in dire need of better management. The average wait-time for each car is 25 mins, ridiculous. How is it that there is one person working the food on a Saturday night at 7:35 PM.
Don’t even waste your time here. Staff has an attitude for no reason. Whenever I order from here on doordash something is always missing from the order and they just choose not to follow instructions. Or I guess maybe they’re just too lazy to make certain things so they just don’t make them but still charge you. Whenever I’ve gone to this store myself the person working drive-thru is always rude. This place has definitely gone downhill. I ordered a chicken chalupa and they gave me it with ONE piece of chicken inside lol like are you joking???? Just take the extra 10-15 min drive to a different taco bell. This one needs to change or close ASAP.
Worst Taco Bell, unprofessional staff. Placed my order at the speaker, I pulled up to the drive thru window and the girl is leaned over the counter on her phone, as if she doesn't see me. Nowadays they hire anybody just to fill a position. They need better customer service.
Worst Taco Bell I've been to. Food was cold, barely any meat, & was not pleased at all.
I visited Taco Bell on 12/6/21, and placed an order to go. When I got home I was surprised how sloppy the order was. The Nachos Bell Grande container had lettuce and beans smudges on the outside of the container. The Tacos had very little of everything on it. The bag itself had pieces of taco shells in it and it didn't come from the tacos I ordered
