Some of the Staff is well trained, But few of them really need to work on their Attitude. When you are in a customer facing role you really can’t have that I dont care attitude. I will never visit this brach again rather drive another 20mins to the rt 1 store at least they have the drive thru.
This location deserves some more love in these reviews! I’ve gone many times and I’ve always had such a great customer service experience. Yes during rushes there is a wait but what do you expect anything less then a wait. They try so hard to be fast and still deliver quality drinks! Love visiting this location! ☺️
Dirty nasty location. I was in total shock. Bathroom disgusting. Workers were friendly but overworked… only place worse than this location for 2022 was three doors down- Jersey Mikes… I’d skip this area!!!
Closes randomly way too often and without warning. Never available to order ahead or by mobile. Slowest Starbucks if you go in person- that is, if they decide to open.
SLOW! Mobile order is useless. I try not to complain because of short staff and Covid but it’s become unacceptable. I order my coffee earlier and earlier everyday to avoid waiting in store. Today I ordered 20 minutes ahead and my single cup of cafe latte still was not done. I am currently waiting in the dinning area for a coffee I ordered at 9:16, it’s is not 9:45.Update: they then gave me a refund after I spent my time waiting to write this review. The coffee went to waste because they called my name as I was getting processed for a refund. WASTE OF TIME
They need heavy training on how to make Mocha Frappuccino. Nothing compares to Newark’s Starbucks- Venus is the best and indicated to give them training on the mentioned drink. Many times I had have to throw the drink away which by the way we all know that the cost for a venti is $6.13 going to waste due to how bad they make it and it’s truly disappointing that such location has such a bad service. I found another location in Cranford which it’s ? great ? but Linden’s Starbucks is the worse.
Got coffee for the office and it was delicious!
The employees here at this location are really nice. One of the employees complimented my hoodie. 10/10 This is probably my new favourite location.
I Went in today to this location, and was poorly treated! i never was so disrespected by a group of staff like I was today. I have been in the customer service industry for 8 years. I get a 30 minute break to get a coffee, and I stood there patiently for a good 15 minutes watching people receive their drink before me that have arrived after me. i brought up the situation to one of the staff member saying, "hey I have been waiting for a while what's going on with my order?" she replied with "you're next sir." i waited assuming I'm next (because that's what i was told.) but 2 customers later and 30minutes after placing the order. (my break is over) I said "hey, keep my drink. I don't want it anymore" one disrespectful woman says "ok, bye" (sarcastically) honestly that is not the way you talk to clients. if you don't like your job then quit. I don't why I was descripted maybe because I'm Arab or Muslim but it was not right.
I’ve been here a couple of times, on my way to Michael’s art supplies. The staff is friendly & professional. It’s clean & my favorite corner seating always seems to be available. It’s good
