Pretty good always fresh due to the high volume of customers. Problem is They aren’t ever fully staffed so the wait line is always long..
The chicken is good, no doubt. But the guy at the register clearly does not understand English and basically rings whatever he thinks you are ordering. Sadly I found out my order was slightly wrong when I got home
I feel like I don’t expect much from fast food and I’m generally pretty easy going…but it was difficult placing an order. I went here a couple of times and each time I had to repeat my order more than three times. I’ve also had to check my order to make sure it was all there because sometimes they mess up. But that’s ok because the food is still good! So all in all this Popeyes is ok.
The people were kind, but I asked them for a dark meat special, and they gave me a 5 pc for 8$. When I went outside, I saw the sign on the display that said a 5 pc mix was just 7$. Usually, you're charged more for white meat than dark. I don't think I got the deal that was fair. I asked for dark, but if there was another sale displayed, I think the fair thing was to mention both so I'd have a choice to either pay more for what I wanted, or settle for a few white peaces and pay less. Thats customer courtesy. it's what I would have done if I were a manager. What he did makes me feel like he did what was in his own best interest and not his customers best interest.
How can a franchise let their OPEN dining room look like this? It was absolutely disappointing. If the front looks like this can you imagine what the back looks like? I was with guest who decided to still wat here. I did not eat here and would not eat here. Popeyes in Linden NJ on St Georges ave.
Tonight I purchase a 10 piece mixed box of chicken. The chicken did not taste good at all. The pieces of chicken was mainly big pieces of Dry breasts no legs and no thighs. My family was very dissatisfied and I would recommend that CUSTOMERS think before you Buy from them! Please!!!???

Everyone is rude and nasty and dirty. I will verify if anyone ask further questions but today while picking up food for delivery I saw 2 little mice running through the dinning area under walls somewhere. Good job! Glad I don’t eat this
Be ready to repeat yourself 3 times before the old lady starts to pay attention to what ur ordering in drive thru. Never fails??♂️
