Calamari was bad pizza ok expected a better pie. It was well priced.
I ordered a grilled chicken wrap and my wrap came hot .. with steamed lettuce and cooked dressing.. it was mush.. I called and found out they pressed the wrap even though I didn’t ask for it. The manager told me all wraps are steamed.. and I said who eats cooked lettuce and hot dressing.. I mean it was so hot the dressing burned my lips when I took a bite.. it turned into soup with the cooked lettuce.. he told me they sell hundreds of wraps that way and no one ever complains.. I said they probably just don’t order it any more lol.. he did give me a refund but not was it hard for him to understand that I got a soup wrap! They put the food in clear plastic containers which allowed it to cook even longer turning everything into mush fest I could feed my great grandmother. OTHER THAN THAT.. food is decent..
Tried a couple of different pizza shops nearby but have always gotten best service, good price and most important great tasting pizza.
Not thrilled. Crust was a little too chewy, they used red onions on the pie which made it a little bitter. Plain pie was unappealing and cheese was a bit too thick. Plus side the delivery was on time but pizza way too pricey for what it was.
Pizza was good, girl with glasses delivered good service. Soda machine options tasted stale & other short hair lady sat in the back and stared at me, my kids and made me feel uncomfortable. Good option for a "pass by eat" but not a go to pizzaria.
This place is starting to go downhill as they continue to operate. Not sure if the newer staff need readjustments or what but the pizza quality has definitely changed since they first opened. I ordered a buffalo chicken slice pizza at 11:21 am according to my receipt and upon arriving home to eat the slice it looked very soggy & cold. I took my first bite and was met with chicken that tasted like it was from yesterday. I honestly believe this pizza was the pizza they didn’t sell from the night before that they decided to get rid of first thing in the morning with the early customers. Unfortunately one of those early customers was me. I tried taking one more bite to see if maybe I just didn’t bite a good side of the pizza but no, even the area by the crust tasted old. I then decided to call Pies on Stiles for some sort of accommodation. Maybe to suggest offering me to bring the slice back to establishment then throwing it out to receive a fresh free slice on the house? Or maybe even giving me a credit towards one slice? The cashier/ counter girl on the phone just seemed like she wanted to get me off the phone and go on about her day. I’m very disappointed in how this turned out. Below is how the conversation went.Me: *calls*Counter Girl: Hi Pies on Stiles Please HoldCounter girl: hi will it be pick up or deliveryMe: I was actually calling because I was just there and I ordered a buffalo chicken slice and the slice is actually not good and it seems like it was pizza from yesterdayCounter girl: I’m sorry can I have the last 4 of your card?Me: *gives card*Counter girl: hold on one second let me see what I can doMe: okayCounter girl: hello, yes I see your order here and I’m going to refund youMe: Um okay (me thinking she was going to continue talking or saying something about the order)Counter girl: hangs up.That’s it.
Purchased boneless wings and a sandwich, last week, and I was wondering why my bill was a little higher than normal, I looked at the menu, asked the young lady if the menu prices reflect the actual prices and she said yes, that's the new menu, so I asked why did I pay $14.95 for the wings and the menu say $11.95, she couldn't explain so she called over Josh and he said that the register have the new prices and because chicken went up ,they can raise the price at the register and that it says it on the back of menu. We'll I would believe if you have a new menu, the prices in the register should reflect the same and that's false advertisement. They should be audited by the city of Linden
First time ordering. Pizza had the potential to be good but was ice cold when it got here.
Pizza took 1.5hrs, showed up just warm/cool… never again will I order from here! Driver showed up and walked up and down the block as I said I’m right here. Gave me my pizzas and walked away while his phone still on top, had an attitude and rude,Called after it’s been 1.5hr and the girl that answered has no customer service experience and needs to be trained better with that attitude
It is a shame, food is good but the customer service is horrible. The girl that answered the phone on Saturday’s it’s horrible to say the least, beyond rude and has a nasty attitude on the phone. Iam. It sure why a business owner would have someone like that as the face of his business. Putting my order in she hinged up on me before I could ask to pay with a card. Also on numerous times, same person has sent the complete wrong order to me. It is a shame not to want to recommend or eat at this place anymore due to the terrible service.
