If I could give 0 stars I would. The driver just put my stuff on the porch and left! It was contactless delivery though he didn’t knock and the tracking still didn’t say delivered. When I told the manager and said I want my delivery fee refunded he told me flat out no. So rude!
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERIVICE. THEY WILL LITTERFUCKINGLY LIE TO YOUR FACE. I LOST 2 HOURS OF MY DAY WAITING FOR A DELIVEY, CALLED AND "IT WAS ON ITS WAY", HE DIDNT EVEN KNOW WHAT ORDER I WAS TALKING ABOUT, GIVES ME AND EXCUSE AFTER 2 HOURS AND TELLS ME TO MAKE THE ORDER AGAIN. MY PAPA REWARDS WERE LOST AND WASTED ON THE ORDER I NEVER GOT, COMPLAINED FOR DAYS AND NOW ITS WEEK. TERRIBLE STORE, WORST PAPA JOHNS STORE IN ALL OF JERSEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'D GIVE THIS PLACE ----1 STARS IF I COULD. NEW MANAGMENT OR SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN.
The service is terrible. The staff are very unprofessional. I’ve placed an order on the app, according to the tracking it show that the order was ready for pick up. As soon as I walked in, oneOf the staff asked me if is for picked up and I said yea. He asked me for the name and I said my name. After that he had trouble understanding me and he was rude. Then I showed him my phone that I placed the order for. After that he said that the order will be ready in 7 minutes. And the app said that the order was ready for pick up. This is Non sense and giving the customer false tracking order.
Bought a medium-size pizza with veggies. It was ok, good. I thought it was a little under done. They could of cook it an extra 5 more minutes. Too pillowy for me. Lol ....Guy at counter was very helpful.

I ordered pizza from them. Normally, they are quick with their deliveries, but when I received my order it was an hour late and the pizza was cold. I called the manager to see what was going on and to tell him if my pizza comes cold I want a refund or a replacement. He was extremely rude trying to make it seem as if he was correct! He told me he received my order by 7:40 and deliveries are taking 40 minutes. That does not change the fact that I ordered at 7:37 and my pizza came at 8:34. The Brooklyn style pizza was cold, and the bread was uneven. One side was super flat with barely any bread and the other was thick!
