Oh and along with burnt chicken, corporate or customer service took 3 weeks to get back to me, and instead of just sending a voucher or Free coupon, they had me email that i want a voucher, smh. Horrible customer service. I tried not to leave a bad review but they need training, far more training
Normally, i have a good experience in this new Oanda Express, HOWEVER, I sent my daughter there & they gave me all burned pieces of terayaki chicken. The mgr apologized and said he'd send me another with a deliver i put in, but he did not send it, never answered my call & i left a message & he never called back. I give a 3.5 for that. I have NEVER had a bad experience at the other Panda Express locations in nearby cities. They need managerial & worker training. Quick
Great food. Clean open, but food greasy
Had to wait a little bit, but it was all well worth it. The Almond chicken was quite good. Always a pleasure.
This panda express is always either closed due to no staff or doesn’t have a variety of food available.
The orange chicken was so crunchy that I couldn’t even taste the acutely chicken, the fried rice was basically steamed white rice with vegetables and the noodle were very dry. On top of that, the employees were engaging in completely inappropriate conversation with a lot of customers in the store. Overall very unprofessional compared to other locations I’ve been to.

Food wasn't that good, food was very warm/cold, they charge you extra money for the Black Pepper Steak, and give you a very small to little portion of food.
This location is much nicer cleaner and fast service.
I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Went there for dinner and 45 minutes after finishing my meal I was so sick. Turned out I got food poisoning from this location and their food sitting out. I was sick for about 4 days and I'm just recovering. First time ever getting food poisoning and I'll never eat there again.
