My mother and I felt saddened today by the horrible service here. My mother went into the store and ordered sandwiches. It is not the first time they have screwed up our orders here since we have been there several times. The person taking her order was rude and rushed a lot! Moreover, the sandwiches were incorrectly labeled. When my mom ordered me a ham sandwich, I received a turkey sandwich. The turkey sandwich was for my grandmother. Rather than double-checking if that was her sandwich, my grandma just ate half of the incorrect sandwich. What if she was allergic? That could’ve been a horrible outcome! In addition, I only got to eat half of the overpriced sandwich. Just a shame!

The subs are so good. The rolls are so fresh. I like my ham sliced thinner than their normal thickness. I always ask them to shred my ham and they don't have a problem doing it. I am addicted to Jersey Mike's subs .

Staff was unprofessional and rude ! Went in to grab a sandwich quickly with my husband and got told to leave bc I was holding my 3 lbs dog! Meanwhile there was hair in my food already! Disrespectful and disgusted with everyone. This place needs a attitude adjustment or just a whole new staff.
Too bad there isn't an option for zero stars! The customer service is despicable here. Dont believe the 5 star ratings they are fake. I was just there and have experienced all of the things that everyone is speaking about. I found a hair in my sandwich today and had to be refunded by the manager Ryan. Call corporate on this store non stop people until they are restaffed! The woman with the braces is horrible. She spit on the counter and joked as if it was a mistake. She thinks everything is funny by the way you'll notice when your in the store. And the very tall man was sniffling while wiping his nose on his sleeve and making a sandwich. Jokes about germs are not funny especially during these Covid times. Get that poor excuse of a manager Ryan out bc he seems to be protecting and enabling them before you lose all of your business! I was a loyal customer to this place until now.
