It was complete chaos when I went in. Crowding everywhere, melted ice cream in the freezer, cross contamination of foods, and a huge mess everywhere I went. Unattended children were running amuck, people coughing straight into the food, touching it with their bare hands, etc. People were behaving like animals, get a hold of yourself people its just snow crab legs! People were straight up disrespectful there and forgot how to act like a decent human being. This is nothing on the staff though since i mostly think this is the patrons fault, but the staff looked so miserable dealing with all this. I just hope they get paid well enough to deal with all this. They clearly aren't judging by how they just looked so exhausted and wiped out.

I only gave 1 star cause it’s the lowest it would allow. I got really sick after eating here. Food was cold and undercooked. I reported it to the manager who told me that I was sick before I came that his food is good and no one ever complains. He then proceeded to tell me that I never got sick and that I was making it up. Unfortunately I didn’t take a video of my unfortunate scenario of getting sick. The mana get came back with a coupon for $1 off. $1. Really what’s that going to help. Never coming back here again.

I wish I had better to say... I have been coming here since this place opened, and over the years it's been worn down to just another garbage buffet. I didn't want to believe the negative reviews but they are all true. Food is not kept at proper temperature, and little care is taken to keep the buffet tables clean. If you have seafood allergies this place might entice you to take precautions and pop a Benadryl before visiting as they don't monitor cross contamination. I watched in horror yesterday as the ribs i wanted to eat were accidentally sharing a pan with shrimp(I'm deathly allergic) the woman removed the shrimp and added fresh ribs to the same pan instead of switching out the pans. Floors were slippery, tables and surfaces were sticky, greasy, and just seemed unsanitary. Staff is pretty laid back and won't bother you throughout your meal (which also means if you want refills you'll be waiting) packed on a Tuesday night. The food itself was also just a let down. As i said, not proper temperature, cold foods warm, hot foods either warm or cold. Nothing special anymore. Basic items and not very good tasting. Chicken nuggets for example, tasted like they just come out of a air fryer, were very.. wet. As if they had been submerged in water before being fried and then soaked in oil.Don't waste your time or money, it's really not worth it.

The interior design was nice and the staff were polite and kind. The food was a heavy loss though. Mass majority of the sea food was either raw or sat for so long it was soggy or mush. Lo mein was cold and slightly undercooked.. It kinda seemed like instead of replacing food, that new food was just placed on top of old food.

Nice to see after so many years passed by their food are still delicious. Sadly, I can’t say the same about their price. They have good varieties of food and dessert. Not a lot place has seafood on their buffet. Always have White rice aka steam rice by the plates. There are food for everyone. Vegetarian, pescatarian, everything-Arian lol (this is me). However, I only saw one type of fish as a type. FYI, there ice Cream from the refrigerator adjacent to the hibachi / sushi stand; almost by the hallway you need to pass for the bathroom. In the same plaza where old Walmart used to be. Across from T-mobile.

Most affordable buffet in the area with a good amount of options. However, their food was cold even during dinner time, and some of the food was cooked horribly. Don’t get any seafood except the crawfish, or the ribs. If it looks weird, it probably tastes bad.Otherwise, the server was very attentive and kind.

Came here with my family on a Sunday afternoon and it was outrageously packed. The line was out the door. Should have left, but didn’t. The woman who sat us was rude. The patrons were rude. The waitress was actually very nice. The food was not appetizing. Thrown onto the trays as if dogs were eating there. Won’t go back.

Mussel in garlic sauce and the fish were delicious. Sushi was ehh.

Food was ok. The chicken dishes were soggy, the lo mein was over cooked, and they did not have a lot of seafood (no crab legs). Before u eat, u pay at the door. It did not feel very welcoming as a first timer! However the server was very attentive !

The food was good, but some of it was cold because they had the new food on top of the older food. Service people were nice, but I noticed they kept looking over at our table to see if we got another plate or if we left a tip. They kept watching our table for some reason and walking past it or peeking over and walking back. I've been to many buffets before and I know the difference between waiting for a plate and watching your food consumption and tip contributions. I would return, but that watching distraction takes away from your dinner party intentions. It's hard to enjoy your food if you feel like the ones who invited you in dont want you there. You also only get a fork and no knife. The bathroom had a sewer odor and could use some attention periodically. Other than that, all was well.
