Guys try to avoid this place whenever there are more than a few cars in the line they give you regular coffee instead of a latte or cappuccino. If you want regular coffee that is ok but if you order something different you will only pay for it but still drink regular.

My parents were there today and decided to go inside the store to get their food. Whoever was working at that location would not take their order. Saying that if my parents could not place it in their order on the D&D kiosk ordering system that they had to go to the drive-thru. And somehow they got their order incorrectly. What kind of customer service, is that. If your job is customer service and you are not willing to do your job, then move on to somewhere your incompetent mind allows you to do that.

This morning I placed an mobile order not only did I have to wait over 10 minutes after I arrived to get my order it was wrong I ordered an Xl tea and got coffee instead and it still was wrong when she remade it not to mention she used the same cup and did not have gloves on nor did they have the toppers for the cups . I asked her was the rest of my order ready she told me no without looking and it was sitting on the counter the whole time. I order to much from dunkin to have this experience is very upsetting.

Woow! Stopped by today around 8:25. Asked for an order of chive and onion stuffed bagel minis on an everything mini bagel. Lady said the everything bagels were discontinued. I said I had purchased them on the day before and she said again they were discontinued with a little attitude but I said the stuffed mini bagels on a plain bagel were ok. At the end they ended up giving me exactly what I wanted, the stuffed bagel minis on a everything bagel (they were not discontinued afte all?!) Then, at the window I was given the wrong drink which was a green drink I did not ask. They finally gave me the correct drink but had no sugar. Im giving 1 star, for what I heard when I went back to the window to ask for the sugar they forgot. The man at the window apologized but I am not coming back!

Store closed in the middle of the day at 6pm, doors locked and no one at drive thru, waste of time driving there

Ordered a bot latte get to work literally 5 min down the road and it's cold, it's like they had one someone did take so they just gave it to me.

They only accept online orders and drive-through orders. We went inside and saw two workers behind a plastic barrier. So we went back outside, drove around the building to get the car in the drive-in line. Slightly annoying. I understand businesses are STILL putting safety protections in place, but I question whether serving someone inside from behind a plastic barrier is less safe than no barrier service at a drive-through.

My first time going there since I moved around the area. I had no idea you HAVE to order ahead on the app. But I was standing there for 15 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. I made eye contact with several of them and I waved but no one bothered to tell me anything. Only when I started to get bored is when I read the signs that said you MUST order on the app. I guess I probably should have read that earlier, but im just trying to get some breakfast before work and I think someone should have recognized that I had no clue. I won't be returning anytime soon out of spite and embarrassment lol

The most rude service I have ever seen at Dunkin. Made a very simple request to use the restroom the guy working said yes he would open the door. When the guy who said yes was gonna open the door the lady pulled him back and said no we won't. It was a simple request and we were going to buy 2 lattes there too. Pandemic is not an excuse to not show a little humanity.
