Either change the speaker/mic to take the orders, or train your staff better. My order got messed up for the 2nd time this month, and it's not even close to what I ordered. I recommend everyone pull over after every order.
The staff here are pleasant and vibrant. You kinda know going in that every Chic-Fil-A is going to be busy, so there's a little bit of a wait. The food is well worth the wait and the staff makes it less annoying to wait on line. I'd say just build another directly across the street, but something tells me it would be just as crowded.
Asked for a Coke with no ice..received ice to the top...The fries were so WELL DONE THEY WEREN'T EDIBLE. NOT GOLDEN THEY WERE JUST TOO HARD & WELL DONE. I always ask for my sandwich extra pickle & no bun. It usually is wrapped in a lettuce...this is what I received. I was so disappointed because I was hungry and too tired to drive back.
Despite the line, the staffs did a great job of taking orders and moving things along quickly. The grilled chicken Cobb salad was excellent and the fries delicious. I hope to have a slice of this franchise soon by God
The queue is ridiculous even after online orders, after the review being posted. The team came out and ask the customer from behind to make into three line so the line is not too long. How unprofessional is it to cut the line, while I waited first in line??? This is unbelievable. Doesn't matter how good the food is, the courtesy of the host must always be presented at all time.
We ordered 40minutes ago from this supposedly “fast food” franchise - first they charged twice, than sent us lazy quality cold sandwiches and top it all, my sandwich is supposed to be no cheese & it even says it on the sticker. NEVER AGAIN from this store.
So they are new to the neighborhoodThey opened a few months agoThey are always packed inside and drive thru.I guess everyone wants to check it out.They are on the pricey side. Still feel hungry afterwards, which is disappointing.Today the chicken nuggets and waffle fries were over cooked and soaked with oil. Yuck.Forced myself to eat it, because it was pretty expensive. Washed it down with the lemonade.
I love Chick-fil-A so the food was amazing but I’m disappointed because I got a large fry and the box wasn’t even full to the top. It was like barely over half. It was like I got a medium and paid for a large.
Confirmed that they offered the vegetarian version of the cool wrap, ordered it with no cheese and no meat (obviously)and was given a wrap slammed full of meat. Tried to call for a refund as I was not able to return to the store after realizing that there was meat in my meal and no one answered my call. Everyone was super kind during the process but I haven’t eaten meat in 4 years and am upset that I paid for it and trusted them enough not to check my order before driving off. Will not make that mistake again. It’s already difficult enough to find veg options at chickfila in general and this is not the first time this has happened to me :(
