Didn't like the food I will never buy from there no more. They don't have no courtesy manners at all. The young lady that was doing the fries and on her phone. Few of the ladies was using there phone while doing business.

Staying at the hotel nearby, walked over at 9:15 to order something from inside. Door hours of operation say open til 10 pm for both dining in and drive thru. Doors were locked already when I got there. Sat at the drive thru for several minutes asking for someone on the comms. Nobody answered me until a car drove up. When they greeted that customer, I asked them why they shut down the inside so early. Someone said they needed to clean the store so they shut down 10 minutes early in order to start the process. I looked at my phone and it was 9:24. I told the guy it wasn't even 9:30 yet. He said "It doesn't matter, we closed early and you need to be in a vehicle if you want to order something from us at this time". I understand not wanting to take a walk up at the drive thru, but the only reason I did was because they closed down early. Need to change your hours of operations if you aren't going to honor those time frames and you're going to "Close 10 mins early for cleaning" at 9. Thats not 10pm hours of operations.

This location is one of the worst you can visit. I don't know how it is staffed but going through the drive-through takes you longer than waiting to be seated at a restaurant; sometimes close to 30 mins. Not just that you get to the window and your order is messed up, if you gave a coupon code, the cashier doesn't have it anymore. What's more the incompetent evening manager cannot help you with sh#t! Excuses and arguing with the customer why she cannot do the simplest thing. If you ever visit this location be prepared for delays and poor customer service, and don't bother asking for that evening manager, she cannot figure anything out.

Drive in worker can't understand English keep telling me to wait. Get worker that speak and understand English. Won't come here again.

I asked for a large Milk shake. They only have one size now. I though Bk was the "have it your way", place I was willing to pay for a large. After I was charged and after it was made. I presented the small or regular cup they were giving me. I said I asked for a large. "Oh Sir we only have one size." I told him you should have informed me before not after the transaction. I asked for money back. Manager was annoyed at me. And she was going to give me my money back. She wasn't even doing the math right. She was going to over pay me. I just wanted a large strawberry milk shake. You dont want a one size all milk shake...Have it your way, customer. ?

I was at this location for May/4/2022 at 6:00pm.I went to the drive through and order my food I was seating in the drive through for 30 minutes behind a car that was there a lot longer then me.And he never got his food the person inside never came to the window so he drove off.Then It was my turn to drive up to the window. When I drive up to the window there was a block girl at the window she never open the window. so I just keep looking at her waiting for her to open the window and take my money and give me my food.When she finally decided to look at me and saw that I was looking at her she ducked below so I can’t see her.I’m thinking she dropped something but 10 minutes go by and she never came back up.I’m very hungry I have not eat all day. I was there waiting 40 minutes for my food already and never got it.So I drive off and went to Wendy’s down the street.If I was able to rate this place zero stars I would why would you take my order just to have me seat at the window and never give it to me.

The customer service needs some serious work. The order taker at the speaker speaks so low, you can barely hear her. Then she has major attitude, like she's having a bad day and I'd taking it out in everyone. Today was my last time coming to this location. The food wasn't even worth the amount of money that I did spend. It was entirely too much mayo on the sandwiches.

Cool but slow service and what's up with the navel theme decorating.

I have eaten in at Burker King, in addition to window drive-in ordered many times in several years. However I was thoroughly disappointed the last several times. The service has been extremely slow and food COLD when we pulled over to assure the order received was correct. There have been extremely long waits. Additionally, all items ordered in the drive-through are not always received, but items NOT ordered were placed in our bags.We compassionately understand that many places are experiencing shortages in servers/employees right now as the result of Covid-19 domino effects, however consider this:1. That management increase quality training of new employees;2. When there is an extremely long wait on orders placed, or sub-service, at least provide acknowledgement of the waiting customer with a VERBAL request of patience and an apology, perhaps even the suggest of a complimentary drink or.....something!#formerBurgerKingfan#

No lines and I thought will be a good experience! Delayed food deliver (5 mins) and at the end was cold and finished on the trash. Not even the fries were hot.. what was the waiting for?
