Came here towards the end of the day and waited quite a while for my food to come out. When the food came out I was pretty disappointed. The boneless wings were quite undersized. Honestly I know its not Buffalo wild wings as a whole cause there Iselin location has never let me down. Would not recommend.
Came for the wings… stayed for a few extra cold beers and a good time! Davante behind the bar was amazing - attentive & friendly. Loved it!
The only thing that makes this place 5 star worthy is the bartender Izzy. She goes above and beyond for her guest. As a fellow restaurant worker it is obvious to see that she is not getting the help that she out right deserves. SMH maybe as a management team you should pay more attention to your good workers. Management was visible but not engaged with the customers. It was apparent that they are just there for a paycheck. It could also be seen that the staff needs more help. No host? No one on to go? But you still expect to make your daily goals? While Izzy is running good to her bar guest and drinks to other tables I can visibly see servers sitting on their phones relaxing. Does not seem like a culture I would like to be a part of. I hope that this goes noticed so someone would step in and help this wonderful restaurant the way it needs.
Of course the wings are always delicious. We ordered nachos with chili and guacamole as additional toppings. If it wasn't for the chili and guac, these nachos were mostly chips. There was not much meat in there at at all. Would never but these again. My wife ordered a Hennessey cocktail that is pictured in the menu with chunks of strawberry inside. What false advertising. They just add strawberry flavoring.
Food was excellent, samples all the happy hour appetizers which where at a ridiculously good deal. Would absolutely come back again. Good service, dollar value, and good environment.
the place was empty and they still managed to take over 30 minutes to bring out a chicken sandwich. and our order was still incorrect..I heard they have new management but still disappointed, I guess it happens
Dirtiest place ever. If i could rate this i would give it a zero. Half the time dayshawn is on his phone. The bartenders are nice but the cups have a soapy taste. Erick manager and Dashante are great people. Dayshawn is rude and didnt help me out today. Tnt was on the tv and i asked for golf channel and it took him a hour and a half. What kind of place doesnt let their employees change the channel by themselves and have to wait for a incompetent manager like Dayshawn. Also the men bathroom has been broken for atleast two weeks and it is absolutely disgusting. I rather go to Iselin Buffalo wild wings where things are cleaner and managers are less ghetto. The bathroom squirts out water all over the toilet seats. I will tell all my friends never to come to this disgusting store. There used to be fruit flies around everywhere before too. I dont know how this place is still open and feel like contacting the CDC and the state department health of NJ might be a feasible option. Thanks buffalo wild wings I told my associates about you and definitely wont come back here anytime soon. Ampal group you make alot of money. Please fix this store.
This is the place Me and my sister always meet up just to hang out, enjoy the best wings and drinks especially on Tuesdays. Our server Yannie was awesome and very attentive. You must ask for her when you come, she is the BEST!! We will be back.
I went the on Saturday night, there were many tables available but looks like there weren’t even enough waiters. We waited about half hour to be seated the waiter esa took out order brought our drink and then after about 20 minutes she comes and says they run out of brisket burger so my Bf ordered something else. We were done dessert never came we decided to ask for the check and told the waitress we didn’t es t the dessert anymore she replied the. Cheesecake was frozen so she couldn’t serve it ?. Not sure where the disconnect is here but please try to communicate what you have have or don’t have right away. Also hire more people !!!
