I ordered a mushroom Swiss burger through door dash and substituted the beef patty for turkey! My order was delivered and the burger was beef which I don’t eat! I needed to eat by a set time I called the store asked for a manager which I was denied and told that the burger I ordered comes with beef not turkey! Why offer the option to substitute if you get it wrong and make it seem like the customer is clueless when it’s your cook and workers who need to read! I spent $15 on the burger and my total order was $50 !!! NEVER AGAIN! Thanks for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, BEYOND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A SEVERE LACK OF TRAINING OF YOUR STAFF!!! I will be there tomorrow morning!
Wonderful establishment, been residing in Linden 15 yrs and never had a complaint!! The young Lady that now works there - Kylie , is attentive and works quick… which is what I need… I gets “HANGRY” lol and I need my Burgers well seasoned & my fries crispy and the customer service to be on point!!!! I ordered from here on Ubereats and my food came hot and ready to eat. I got a bacon cheeseburger and I thought it was really good. The bun was crispy and it was a perfect medium rare, just the way I like it.
It's been a while since I ate a burger on a late night. The burger was prepared at the moment, crispy hot fries, and can't forget the chili cheese hotdog was delicious too. Ordered several things since I was with the family. They ate everything. Great service and you can dine in too.
Best burgers around. The selection is vast and the fries are the best. I have tried 4 different burgers and they were all cooked very well. The sauce they provide is very good. Prices can't be beat.

Service was superb and variety selection of burgers! Going back soon to try the crab burger yummy! Small place to dine-in but they offer delivery or pickup.
Best burgers in Linden, they do charge to much for sides though. Also they're milkshakes kinda suck compared to the Wawa down the street.

I call the store to let them know and Destiny (that's the woman's name that answered the phone) told me it was my fault for putting that in the special instructions since what I was ordering did not come with mushrooms - and the cook just assumed I wanted mushrooms on my burger. This is the last time I order from 30 Burgers in Linden NJ!
