Rita’s has always been a favorite of mine since it’s close to my home and…..it’s simply delicious. Recently, the store had some renovations done and I get my order a lot faster then before. It’s kid friendly and nicely decorated and the ices are super refreshing on these hot summer days! Much appreciated!!
I drove down to get my free Reward for first week of spring and the guy at the register said he cannot honor it that it ended yesterday.! Mind you today is the 27th as per the advertised reward deadline. If you have a specific date stated on your app and email, HONOR IT!! So so disappointed. I don't think I will return to Rita's again. (Lakewood location)
Brooke the “manager” was rude and very unpleasant. I asked for 2 flavors mixed and she said “policy is we don’t mix” for context I was there on a Monday evening closer to closing when there was barley anyone in the store! I can begin to understand if such a policy is in place for Friday’s or other extremes busy times, but to simply not want to mix 2 flavors ? I will not be coming back here
Good morning,After going to your Lakewood location last night I will not be back again. There is a woman in a red collared shirt that is very rude and condescending when I asked for two flavors in a small cup she stated we don’t do that here. I’ve been to other Rita’s locations and have never had that experience. Is this a corporate policy ? Or this one employees policy ? Can someone from corporate please look into this location and also address how your employee responds to customers. Will not be coming back to the Rita’s in Lakewood location.
Was disrespected by the manager, she yelled in my face after I simply asked why 2 flavors arent a thing anymore. I didn’t ask in a rude tone because i was genuinely curious. One employee however was so nice and answered my question with great manners, she deserves a raise.
Store is ok, ices good kind of expensive rude kids/adults working there some women in a red polo shirt is very rude to customers and her employees. Overall the store is ok. The employees are ok. Wouldn’t go back would go to another one. Like that the store is kosher though. that’s the only Reason i would go back They know there kosher rules

First time I went I ordered a chocolate custard with heath bar. They put pretzels in it and some type of chocolate. It was not what I ordered, but it was still okay so I just let it slide. My second time there I ordered a chocolate custard with cookie dough and the whole thing was maybe half full. It tasted good, but I was disappointed it was barely even full for it being 8 dollars. I also ordered a pint of chocolate custard to go. It was very pricey but their custard is also really good. Once I got home and opened it I was disappointed again because even that wasn’t close to full. For 10 dollars it is NOT worth it. Will not be back.
