Just ok. Best part of dinner was the vegetables and baked potato that my husband got with his steak. Staff was ok. Not super friendly

We had a pleasant experience. The food was on point. The service was acceptable. I will definitely go back for another outlaw ribeye and crispy brussel sprouts! Delicious!

Stopped by for dinner w the fam on way back from AC. Definitely not disappointed. No wait time, even though the place was busy this July 4th wkend. Our server, shout out to ENRIQUEZ T. whose amazing. One of the best servers we've had hands down at any restaurant I've ever been to. Fast service. Professional. Patient and not to mention the food was delicious and more than sufficient. Being a vegetarian in a primarily meat based eatery, I had portions of the side options. Seasoned rice pilaf, stuffed mushrooms and mashed potatoes & sweet corn on the cob w/butter. This time I brought my pepper sauce and topped it off with a cherry coke, so my meal was definitely completely ?. Enriquez should get a raise I hope the owner takes this comment seriously as they should know workers like this is hard to find. He should be appreciated.

First time trying LongHorn Steakhouse, the atmosphere was inviting and the staff was very friendly. Stephanie was very accommodating to my girlfriend’s gluten allergy and even went so far as to look up the ingredients in the Sangria for us. Our steaks were cooked perfectly and were flavorful and delicious. I will definitely be back!

Great service, food and atmosphere. Was here a few weeks ago with friends, and we liked it so much we went back yesterday. The manager makes sure the customers are 100% satisfied and the servers are friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend!

This was my first time here and was extremely impressed with the food quality. Everything was amazing. Plenty of room for people with with disabilities to get around.

We were really disappointed with the steak s we had. Outlaw was thinner than usual and even though we had ordered a medium well it was charcoal in the outside. The service and drinks were amazing again but what ever they did with the steaks it didn't work for us.

The cut of steak wasn't the same quality I remember from years past. The first side sweet potato with butter and brown sugar was great. The second side mashed potatos was good but the portion was small. Over all this chain isn't what it once was.

First...I've never left a negative review before now. But this is the third time I've had problems with a curb side order. Placed the order and instructed it would be 1 hour. Instructed to park and respond to their text with parking spot. Hour and 20 later no text, so I called. Was told "we'll bring it out when it's ready" with an abrupt hang up. Home is 4 min away. Food was cold, chicken dry w/no dipping sauces supplied and all special instructions ignored. Steaks were cooked perfectly. Just wish they were warm. Every manager I've ever meet here is great. Just have to train the staff better.

Waitress was quite talkative and very pleasant. She was also quick with the serving of the food. The ribeye was a little dry in some spots but overall a very good piece of meat. However I am a fan of the seasonings and they did not season but nothing that a little salt and pepper didn't fix up. The loaded baked potato was perfect and the coffee was good as well. The salad was a very big portion with a little too much dressing for a guy who likes a lot of dressing. I would recommend a restaurant however it's not my top pick.
