Tom from the store at 1195 rt 70 lakewood nj was extremely rude and actually hung up on me. I tried to order on the website and there was an error that results in a pending charge 3 times. I called the store to see if the order had went through and if so had it multiple times. I wasnt even allowed to finish speaking before he started rambling about how he cant refund me until the charges post. I asked him if I could finish talking. The call "disconnected". When I called back the kid who answer went to get tom and said hey it's that lady again, she called back. When he finally got on the phone I told him all this could have been avoided since I wasnt calling for money, I was calling for information. I was calling to see if the order was placed and ask if that was a normal error. You should seriously reconsider him as a manager, if he really was, or retrain him to have better people skills.

I actually went there for a business meeting last night. The two guys running the place could not have been nicer . Very welcoming and helpful . In an era where it is hard to find staff, that place has great guys!

Ran in for a quick bite and had my mom sit in the car ordered two sandwiches turned around to look at the TV came back around and the sandwiches were done! They're cheese steak sandwiches are cooked to perfection they put the perfect amount of cheese to meat ratio. And that makes my mom very happy and if my mom's happy then I'm happy.

An absolute disgrace to customer service of any kind. This is not the first time the manager was rudest I have ever encountered. I let it slide the first time but this time was unacceptable. I will never ever go to this store again. Tom is the worst manager and extremely disrespectful. Rude to customers. They make your food wrong when you paid for it to be a certain way and then try to talk his way out of it. Good luck to whoever has to deal with that guy.
