I ordered general stoz chicken. i got a completely different entree. On top of that my driver was over a hour late. Although the driver was very kind. I called and the woman on the phone immediately started getting angry, saying she dosent have time for this and that she’s too busy. Customer service should come first, and since there was a problem with my order that i payed for i expect for it to be corrected. i’m very understanding when it comes to any delivery service but i received a lot of disrespect on the phone when i asked how much longer the driver would take. The workers he show no human decency or care for their customers whatsoever.
Zero stars if I can give . I order one damm order at 9:30 received it at 10:37 pm rice cold chick barely cooked . My beverage is missing …. I should’ve gotten the sign when the person I was ordering with told me she was tired because I had to repeat the order 4xs. I called back to complain about my cold food and missing beverage. They told me they cooked it how it is always cooked and sorry about the soda they will give me double next time . After I let them know I will leave a review he told me he can give me back my money …. Any restaurant that does not live up to customer service doesn’t deserve your business stay away . A simple sorry about the soda would’ve avoided all of this .
Called around the 50 min mark to check on my food, was told the driver was on the way. Called again near the 1hr 30min mark, was told the driver left 5 mins ago.. Which one is it?? Oh, and they forgot my soup on top of that!Person on the phone seemed a bit rude too.

I recommend this place for good Chinese food, i know the owner/husband & wife w/3 girls. Very honest to costumer, very clean & mostly, earlier time arrive, even it's very busy. 7 STAR should be!

I placed an order with them was told it would be about 20-30 mins, no big deal. I called at the 45 min mark and all they could tell me was the driver was on the way. Sitting at the hour mark and my two lunch combos have not been delivered.
Not a clean place to eat very old looking inside they have bugs and they are very rude DONT eat there you may get sick!!! Not even worth 1 star!!
