If there’s a zero option please give it to this store. Nasty place no customer service at all. You order a iced latte and they literally offer you a iced coffee instead I asked for money back and the girl told me they can’t give you money back I should go on app and request money. But there’s no such thing (I’d have to go trough a lengthy process of emailing back-and-forth with customer service to maybe get my money back) last time the same thing happened to me here and when I complained they made me wait 10 minutes and literally handed me a iced coffee instead. Problem is that I noticed it a while later and wasn’t gonna go back there. In short AVOID AVOID THIS PLACE AT ANY COST !!!!!!!!
DO NOT GO TO THIS DUNKIN’!!!About two weeks ago, one of their drive thru workers spilt hot coffee all over me, while not paying attention.Went back to them this morning to give them the benefit of the doubt. I open my large latte and the amount in there barely fills a medium cup.If you are going to be apart of the service industry, maybe act like it.
Busy drive thru, but I went inside to use the clean bathroom. Fast and friendly service.
Dunkin Donuts always gets 5 stars
Be ready to be late for work. People at the drive thru are unnecessarily slow and rude. I won't be purchasing here never again.
I wish I could give 0 stars to this Dunkin’ Donuts I ordered 2 medium ice coffees and 3 donuts got 5 donuts instead but BUT! I got charged for the whole order I demand someone to check twice before sending an order this is the 2nd!!!! time that this happens not happy with it I even called the place and said that I have to pick it up my god So rude on the phone said she had a video of them putting my coffees in the bag but never got it! Never buying here again I definitely don’t recommend buying here! Furious
