Seems like all new staff. 23 minutes in the drive thru, noway to get out. Order of wake up wraps were not heatedthru completely and the vanilla chai latte was milk andice, had to just dump the whole order
Never get hot coffee at this place on Airport Road! For several months, no matter what time of day or night, the coffee tastes like old stale water and the bottom of the cup always has at least a teaspoon of grinds. The coffee tastes like the staff use only 1 filter with the same ground coffee over and over and over again for the entire day. It's appalling to know that I and others in the area must travel almost 2 miles for a true Dunkin Donuts coffee!!
Anytime I show up after 6pm I can't get anything with an espresso shot because "the machine has been cleaned." But you're still open and operating... for some time still.... sooooo...... stop being lazy.
Used to be ok, now horrible, order always wrong, bought muffins they were hard as a rock and dry, an they didn't even have a box to put them in. Breakfast sandwich either undercooked or burnt to a crisp. Don't waste your money or time plus they are rude especially in the a.m. weekdays. I won't go there anymore unless it changes owners
I didn't read the fine print on the sign advertising $3.00 lattes that said that I needed to use the DD app, so it cost over $4.00.
Donkin at 1 30 was almost empty..nothing to eat
