Amazingly consistent with being a horrible business over and over again. This was literally the 6th time I have attempted to just place an order. Unsuccessful every time. Either it was being put on hold and never picked up again or the extremely rude people that answer the phone. Today he said his name was John. Probably lying. But either way every single time it has always been just a horrible experience without ever even receiving food from them. I can only imagine that the quality of food would match the quality of there business etiquette. No thank you
Their food is good. We usually order from here. Or we did. Today I called to order a chicken parmaragam sandwich. They usually make their sandwiches a little dry so I asked for some extra sauce. I was told it would be a a 2.00 extra charge. Now I understand prices on everything are going up but this is ridiculous. Their 2.00 extra charge just cost them a couple of hundred dollars of money each month. Not smart business.As you can see from their response they really don't care.
Customer service is inexistent at this place. Incredibly rude. Just look at the replies here from the “Owner”. Absolutely childish and ridiculous. Pizza tastes like cardboard as well. I will take my money and go elsewhere.
This was my first time picking up..I'm from Monmouth County..so this was a ride..I always get Charlie's pizza at the Blueclaw's games..and yes his pizza was excellent that night.. ?
Yea it's good food. I love the cheesesteaks and wings and pizza.
The Magherita Pizza must have real tomatoes on the top...here only by order a pie they put on..not crust...
Charrlie's Pizza is the best pizza the service is very good. And pretty fast every time I come up and see my mom I have to go to Charlie's
Usual delivery pizza place closed on Sundays & we had company, called Charlie’s and they deliver to our area. Not only was the night saved everyone loved the pizza. This IS our new pizza place!
Their pizza crusts is what brings me back. The consistency is fluffy and crispy which I enjoy.
We came from Trenton so we just stopped by, 1st I had to check to see if it was clean....It was EXTREMELY clean and friendly and let my puppy in...Lots of food to choose from.....Reasonable prices.....Highly recommend this place..
