It makes me very sad to give this review but I know that many of you will agree with me. I was Burger King super fan, but sadly Burger King became a very bad experience. 80% of the restaurants that I had visited in the last 3 years are dirty outside, burgers are 98% cold and the soda is either flat or it has a very weird taste... What a disappointment ☹️☹️☹️
Became awfully ill after buying frozen coke snd onion ring day before. Frozen coke looked odd. Half coke, half foam. Bad experience.
This people should stop taking drugs during working hours, I can not expect for clean food after seeing them almost sleeping over the food their serving.Very unprofessional.
shop at Burger King (1328 River Road) today 04/13 for Uber eats nuggets and a Double Whopper Meal and the burger brought a hair like an eyelash and the Coke tastes like syrup I demand my money back I had asked before and that never happened. I spent almost $30 and it is not possible that I could not eat, I tried to contact the restaurant and they do not attend I had already bitten her ???
Very clean and the food is prepared to order. The employees are nice.
I would give them 0 stars if I could. I've been going to this location for a while just because it's my closest one on my way to work but the employees are extremely rude, always fighting and arguing between them and then taking it out on the customers. Manager(s) have no clue and as rude as their subordinates. 2 out of 3 orders I place are always wrong or missing items. I don't get how this location is still open. To the franchise owners: Please clean the house and hire new employees, people who really want to work and understand BK' values instead of complainers and rude people.
The food was fine but the tables were literally all dirty. Not like someone had just eaten there but like they were cleaned with dirty water and a dirty rag. Really? GROSS!
I like eating Burger King but the service here is the worst; the lady who takes orders always has a smart attitude doesn’t give you time, gets annoyed really quick. Over heard her speak to the other employees and speaks to them so rude.
Good food at typical Burger King, in a town that doesn't have too much fast food. Pandemic caused many restaurants to go to drive-thru only service. But it's time to reopen and let people eat in the restaurant as they did before 2020. We know how to socially distance. Many customers do not like drive-thru windows. They are hard on the brakes and take too long. If staffing is an issue.... get more staff. Do what you need to do to operate your business. Tired of dining at home.
