Just tried to go through the drive thru yesterday and it was the worst service ever. The drive thru guy obviously hated his job. The kids had the T Mobile Tuesday promotions and I had to place 4 separate orders, but the drive thru guy refused. He just didn't want to be bothered. Drove away with a bunch of sad children, I was livid.
This BR moved here a while ago but BR has to update this address online , it shows your old address. You guys should update your new place and remove the old one. It will save ppls time and you will sound more pro.

Worst customer service experience ever! NEVER made my daughter's birthday cake that I had ordered and paid for in advance. Store manager needs training on her customer service skills, which she sorely lacks.
