Drive thru, don't bother going inside.Over an hour after my order on their kiosk, with receipt sent to me and card billed, they don't have any idea I've ordered food. They also won't do anything unless it shows up on their order system. So I'm out money, time, and their cheap Mexican themed fare.Thanks for making an awful... Awful....workday just another little bit worse.
Its a good place but they often don't have all the items from the menu and that's a little annoying because I dont like to change my order. Service is always good tho and never got any line
Staff has no sense of urgency. They failed at seeing at a fast casual. Desperate need of training. Which ultimately means the quality of food is not where it should be.
The service here is too slow dine in customers have to wait even longer since drive thru has priority.
Make a order in there is a nightmare.Too slow.I was there 2 times in different days and the problem is the same.More than 10 minutes, to.make a order and another 10 minutes to pick up it.Please, more workers to be fast.
Can't really give them 5 stars. My experience was only ever on there machine in lobby. No one is in front to greet you. It was a lot of talking, laughing and cursing. The only time someone spoke was to hand me my food. They told me where to find the sauces and that was that.
This Taco Bell has been messing up repeatedly. They allow in-store takeout orders on the mobile app but then only say drive-thru on the door. They have repeatedly messed up my order on many occasions. One time the store manager made me bring my food inside and show one of their employees that the food was in fact not in my bag instead of just disciplining the employee after by herself. It was extremely disrespectful to both me and the employee working there. This Taco Bell does not care in the slightest about their customers. If there is another Taco Bell you can go to please go to that one and do not give your business to this one. There was one very close by in North Arlington that you should go to instead.
Fast service and the employees are very good. Good place to just grab and go even when busy
Shame, awful experience, at drive-thru, checked for items and one was missing, teller told me I didn't order it i even asked without tomatoes and he said it didn't come with them, I asked for receipt numerous timed so I could look at it and he would not give it to me basically took my receipt hostage. A superior came over and said I didn't order it so I said fine then order it and charge me for it. They sent me to the pick up area to wait. The other tacos were already cold not even warm. When he finally gave the new item to me and my original receipt there was another item I did not order on the receipt so he looked at me so disaprovingly. I went into the store to speak with manager, the second time they gave me the wrong item also. They had to do a refund on the items and charge the diference. I waited and waited and they forgot the order in the toaster and it burnt, this was the third time. In any case all 3 orders were just thrown away in the garbage by the manager. What a waste of time money and food that could of perfectly given to someone in need or to a shelter at the end of the night. And all could have been avoided if the guy didn't hold hostage my receipt. Shame on them it was a Monday not even a busy night.
Worst service in the area. Took 20 minutes to get 1 quesadilla combo. And they make you park and wait for your food, you will never get it the window here.
