On busy days they need more coverage. Super friendly and attentive but they need more help with the number of orders that come through, and the drive through is not an option because that is worse most times. The wait is wayyy to long for a cup or 2 of coffee. Management, Help em out.

very slow even if you order ahead. drive thru always take 40mins. weird hours never answer the phone.

the worst Starbucks. Unfortunately I come often as they are the only location in the area with a drive thru vs the other location in downtown that has no parking. Every time I order they make my drink incorrectly, have long wait periods, and are for some reason ALWAYS OUT OF CARAMEL DRIZZLE. Staff are rude as well. Makes absolutely no sense.

The employees here seem to hate their job because they're always with an attitude and don't bother to go by the time it says on the site they close way early then the time its states and open two hours after the time it states just cross your fringers that their open. when they miss up your order they look at you like your crazy. By far the worst Starbucks in Jersey.

It’s in a convenient location , ample of parking and indoor outdoor seating like most of the Starbucks ! Just that service is very slow, because of the drive through it looks like !!

I don't see the extra what I asked for!… 45 minutes an order. and so bad attention. I prefer to go to one further away.

I've been a customer here since forever. Never had a complain with the girls. There is this guy working on the drive thru who has very bad customer service skills. I always order 2 ham and swiss crossaint with a frap which I did today. When it was time to pay and get the food the guy only gave me 1 crossaint, I told him excuse me I ordered 2 crossaint. All he said was, I heard one. I told him well I always order 2, can you add it to the order and he said No. This guy made me go all over again on the drive thru, and wait such a long time just to get my crossaint. When I went with him again I told him, can I give you an advice, and he said yes. I told him next time can you repeat the order back to the customers cause I noticed he doesnt even repeat the order back. He said I always repeat the order which he doesnt cause he didnt with me or the car in front of me. He totally ignored me, and let me speak alone. For a man to treat a woman and a customer like that when it was his mistake, its just not good. This starbucks just lost a customer, I buy literally every day, the ladies always repeat the order back and are very nice. This guy is not only new but very rude.

Worst Starbucks ever. They have been this way ever since they opened. The wait time is ridiculous. I'm always there for an average of 45 minutes waiting for 1 coffee. Today the drive through was closed at 7:30 am so I went inside. I was waiting for 35 minutes. Had to cancel my order so I wouldn't be late for work. They really need to fix this location.

The WORST Starbucks I have ever been. The waiting line is so long, they take forever. And it’s the same every single time I go there, do better or don’t even offer a drive thru service.

Currently been waiting in the drive thru for about 1 hour now just for my 1 cup of coffee! I’ve never had complaints from this Starbucks before bed when it comes to this customer service, thankfully I’ve never had a bad experience. BUT the wait time the drive thru is INSANITY!!! They definitely need more workers and a better and faster service at drive thru. It’s terrible when I want to order ahead and ordering ahead on the Starbucks app is NEVER available for this Starbucks location!
