The service is bad when I call to make my order . The lady would put me on hold for about 15 mins and eventually would hang out to call back again. when I order the food I wanted they would change my order to something to many times but the food is good .
Roasted chicken is on point. They are a little stingy with the green sauce. Ask for more if you want.
This place was a bit of a surprise. It is simple and not well decorated but the food was amazing . I will go there again.
Learn how to treat your customers. Just because you know how to make chicken, it doesn’t mean you can disrespect your customers. It is very rude to hang up on your customers because they don’t speak the language you speak (Spanish)Customer service basoora
I hate writing bad reviews but it needs to be done. Went there to get chicken. The woman behind the counter wasn’t helpful nor was her attitude polite. On the menu there is a serving for one that was $14 it said fried rice/chicken so I told her that’s what I wanted she charged me $28 for a $14 tray and she told me it came with a free side so I asked her why came out to $28 and she said it’s because you want to rice. I said but look so I pointed to it on the menu because obviously she was having a hard time understanding me even though she spoke good English and she was like oh no no no that’s wrong that’s wrong that’s not right that’s not right it’s $28 so I said never mind so it was apparent that she didn’t wanna compensate was what was on the menu and she was trying to overcharge me purposely. Through the menu away when I got outside will never order from there I’d rather Uber eats charge me or I’ll go to the fire pit
Haven't been here in a year or so but it used to be my favorite Peruvian restaurant in the whole city, so I hope they still keep up the same quality that they used to, since no one else makes a chaufa like they do!
Worse customer service ever. They always take forever for the food. Today in particular I called for a whole chicken and said it’d be ready in 30 mins. I went after 30 mins had passed and they told me to wait 5 mins. Here I am waiting a whole HOUR and they told me to wait another 10 more mins. Everyone in the restaurant is also having issues with the staff, everyone is frustrated just like me. Don’t ever come to this place because they’ll either mess up your order or make you wait an intense amount of time. Overall I had to wait for my food for a good hour and 30 mins. So ridiculous!! If I could give it 0 stars I would!
I ordered a full tray of seafood chaufan at around 2 pm to be ready by 8pm, they told me it would be $120 for the seafood chaufan and that it would be ready by 7:40pm. When i arrived at 8pm they never had my order ready they told me they called me which was clearly a lie. Then they told me to wait 10 mins, within those 10 minutes they charged me $120 for the rice. 25 minutes went by and they still didnt have my order ready. The lady working there then told me they could deliver my order so that i wouldn't have to wait. I gave her the address and the rice arrived at 9:45 pm. Almost 2 hours later. Then on top of everything that had already gone wrong they gave me a full tray of chicken chaufan but charged me for a seafood chaufan. At this point I was extremely frustrated and decided to call the store. The lady then lied to me once again and told me that i had ordered chicken even though she had read the order back to me to confirm that I wanted seafood. Then they told me there was nothing they could do because they were closed already, so they couldnt refund the difference between the seafood rice and the chicken. The only solution they gave me was to come back the next day and pick up another tray by 2pm. So I explain to them that I was at a Friendsgiving event and that I didnt need another tray of rice at 2pm. This will be my last time ordering from this restaurant and I dont recommend anyone order from this place.
Peruvian food is great. This restaurant is very small and doesn't seem very welcoming but, it's not a bad idea to order to go. It's my honest impression.
