The pizza was perfectly made. The bread was nice and soft and the cheese cooked to perfection. My son loved the pizza too. Our pizza was also ready when we got there too. Great food experience and good customer service.

Ordered at 8pm, tracker said delivered. No one called to tell me that the driver gave my food to someone else - I had to call and speak to the manager to find this out, with him saying that they were making me another pie and it would be on the way shortly. 40 minutes later still nothing, and when I call again the manager says the delivery guy can't get back to my building. Absolute waste of time and complete lack of communication. Wish I could give a zero.
The delivery for two overpriced pizzas took 2 hours (traffic according to Google maps at that time was only 10 minutes) and the pizzas were not just room temp, but COLD. The crust tasted like cardboard. I’ve had much better Papa John’s before. Management was supremely unhelpful and only offered a verbal coupon towards a future purchase at the store for which I would have to call. He said that he’s “put a note in the system” and then just stopped answering back as I asked more questions. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

The food was hot tasty and ready on demand the staff was great and very helpful.
Ordered food a little after 7 PM, didn't get it until after 9 PM - cold and rushed to take from the driver. Manager, or whoever answers the phone, said "it'll be there in 5 minutes" at 8:30, even though it was already late by then. Do not recommend.
Editing my review.. I have to say it is very sloppy pizza, too much sauce and uncooked. Please take this review as un opportunity to improve. Your store will close eventually if you continue to "not care". I mean, maybe get a new pizza man or manager? It is a shame.. I am definitely not ordering again.. Would do dominos instead
terrible service after 2 hours i received my cold order driver brought another order
was pleasantly surprised with how awesome the pie and the garlic knots tasted. however perhaps the philly cheese steak was not the way to go for the papadilla.
