Cute, not a lot of sitting areas, but it was nice to go for a walk and stop by to get coffee and a dessert.
My husband’s personal experience is different from mine. We both like the food.As any other customer I can review it to my own terms. The fact that you can’t difference both from having an argument clearly speaks volumes. After seeing the rest of the reviews I know I’m not different from any other’s experiences. Understood where your workers learn their lack of professionalism from. Don’t worry this will be the last.
After two months of having a poor experience with this place I decided to give it another chance. Smoothies were good, but the poor customer service by immature staff continues. I got questioned with such anger by the girl in the back when I received my order how I still came over there to make an order after my review. The issue was never the food, it’s the people behind it that are preparing it. My beliefs is everything and everyone deserves another chance no matter the situation, it might’ve been a bad day, who knows. After upsetting the poor girl she just went back to work which I admired because that should be the focus!Customer obsession is something that I’d like to see this place focus on.Since I couldn’t post another review on my other account I’m putting it on my husband’s.By: Josh Martins.
Mauro and team - especially Mariana are amazing! Its a local coffee shop with AMAZING Portuguese pastries and great espresso coffee! Not many places will greet you as you walk in by your name and immediately start working on your order without skipping a beat.....food is great, ambience is great, MUSIC is always top notch! Even to the extent Mauro supported many local organizations during Covid and continues to give back to those in need!
Today I got a Nutella açaí bowl around 2pm. It was a pick up order. Once I got home it only had 2 pieces of strawberries & bananas. I guess you ran out of fruits ??♀️ In the past it’s usually full of fruits but Not Today. ? Please fix this for future orders. So I can continue coming. Thank you.
Amazing coffee, best açaí in town, cozy and uplifting atmosphere-this place is a frequent stop for me. I’m never disappointed with the pastries, food, and drinks. And let’s not forget the natas!!!
Nothing but great vibes here! I absolutely love the green bowl and natas! The staff was extremely nice, also offering to help me bring my order to my car. Can’t wait to try the açaí bowl next ?
Great place!!! I have absolutely loved everything I've gotten here! The acai bowls are the best I've had and the natas are AMAZING! I find any excuse I can to order natas by the dozen!
Cute little place to get smoothies, açai bowls, pastries, and coffee. The natas are actually pretty good for a store not located in Lisbon.
My order was was delivered and it was not what I expected. I have been there numerous times and this is the first time that I was disappointed with them. There were hardly any bananas in the bowl and the kiwi wasn’t fresh. S l will not be patronizing this establishment anymore. It cost entirely too much money for me not to be satisfied.
