Nice and delicious, prices are good , staff are nice , just one star down for the waiting time
We ordered from here Last night and we were so disappointed in what we got. We paid 30 bucks for a cheese steak that had nothing on it but crumbs of beef, and my Italian hoagie was so soggy it was just gross. We are so disappointed because jersey Mike's have really good subs otherwise.
It's been about a month since my husband and I went to get ourselves dinner here. We are a fan of Jersey Mike's normally but were really happy with how the employees took care of us. They were quick and the slowest part was when them put something in the oven to cook. Other than that we were in and out.
This was the first time I had an unpleasant experience here. The young lady didn’t wear her mask properly not that it’s a big deal but if you’re going to wear it, wear it right and not under your chin. My main issue is that I felt extremely rushed and my order was thrown together it looked a mess and the young lady barely got my order correct and finished before she asked the next person their order.
Just left this location. I have always brought sandwiches from here, however, I noticed one of the young ladies preparing sandwiches with NO MASK. What caught my attention was that she was talking to another staff member while prepping the sandwiches. When I said something about it, the young lady went to the back and got a mask and put on new gloves, however, she came back with major attitude. There were no apologies, nothing. Now come on, do I really need to stress why this is important? Especially TALKING and prepping food? I wasn’t feeling the non verbals and the attitude as a result of this whatsoever.
I ordered from this place and it was horrible !!! I found a piece of plastic bag on my sandwich and besides that a chunck of hair. It was a horrible experience because I used to buy this place a lot and having to see my sandwich having hair and pieces of plastic was HORRIBLE !
Call for 4 sandwiches @5pm, I go 20 minutes later to pick up my order! So they have no one in the store and I ask for my order! They have only one sandwich done! The the employee than started on the other 3 sandwiches!!! It’s not the first bad experience but the second…will never return ?
I've been going here for the past year since I've moved to Belleville and I've never had a bad experience here. It's clean, the staff is nice and there is always parking. Only downside is that I notice that there just a bit more expensive than the other Jersey Mike's I've been to.
Like most new places after a while quality and customer service starts lacking and they just suck. This is one of those places. When they first opened they were great you’d walk in everyone’s all smiling saying hello, welcome and thank you. Sandwiches were made fresh. Orders were always on point. Now when you walk in nobody says a word they don’t even acknowledge or look at you and they always screw up your order. ALWAYS! Wrong ingredients. Missing order. Wrong order. CAN’T ANYBODY READ OR FOLLOW PRECISE INSTRUCTIONS ANYMORE?! And then they screw up your refund or you don’t get it at all so you have to go through the whole hassle with your credit card or bank to get your money back. We’ve given them a shot over and over. We won’t be going back anymore. We don’t recommend them.
After the excellent Service at the Jersey Mike's in Watching..It left a very good impression..*So when I saw this franchise in Kearney, NJ.I thought service would be same to I bragged about it and treated a friend to join me..I was very disappointed..
