Ordered delivery from here thru the app. Delivery driver was extremely rude. Talked down to a child because a tip wasn’t in cash but thru the app. You’re better off ordering papa John’s or a local pizzeria. The driver was definitely a sharmuta.
First time since 2019 I had this pizza place and we ordered the cheese and pepperoni pizza they're were pretty good I have a pizza place next to my house and that pizza place has one of the best pizza ever
worst staff, they charged me $10 more and they were not admitting their mistake when i called them and i came to a trip to new jersey from ohio and they were so mean to me like "if you want your $10 you can come back to the store". the delivery boy is also very rude. i recommend not to order from this store.
if i could give zero stars i definitely would. horrible customer service! we’ve been a client of this specific dominos for so many years. today we ordered boneless chicken wings and they were spicy and they never are and we called them and told them what happened and the guy was being so disrespectful and we told him to let me talk to the manager and he made us wait and he never did. he was talking to me as if he was the manager and had the audacity to say “how are you going to tell me how they are if i work at dominos” so disrespectful. didn’t even try to fix the issue.
My Domino's experience at some other branches haven't been always good and the quality has been hit or miss, but to be fair I've always gotten awesome pizza from this branch, and their delivery time is sometimes just hard to believe.
The pizza wasn't bad but the service...I ordered it online and tracked it on my phone. Itsaid it was ready so I went inside to pick it up. The employee was talking to someone and had my pizzas on the box without being cut. I waited patiently and he didn't even apologize
So first I wana say towards this store is that I’m guessing “the manager” young kid. Horribly rude and unprofessional. I asked him to assist me with a coupon I received and he loudly says that online services we know nothing about that and don’t bother asking the rest of my staff because we’re not trained to know. Like wow, first relax. Second terrible customer service advisement. So, after figuring out how the coupon works I ended up being my own delivery driver because no one decided to assist me.There was one man older gentleman who did attempt to help me was kindly enough to attempt an idea to help me. ⭐️ I appreciated that!!As far as Dominos company works these coupons customers receive “Free Medium 2 Topping” coupons online after purchase are TERRIBLY I MEAN HORRRIBLY WORDED. No where does it explain how the coupon works and nor does the staff know how it works.So….. as far as that goes Product and put out is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Company / staff / managers not so much.
Horrible customer service. Try to share my experience with the staff about the burnt cookie brownie and the person at the counter dismissed my concer. Started a side conversation using the N WORD SEVERAL TIMES...SMH. THIS PLACE DO NOT DESERVE ANY BUSINESS FROM ME
Quality has gone down. They mix and miss ingredients, delivery is late or they don’t delivery everything that you paid for. Pizza quality is hot or miss. Mostly miss these days
