Food is cold ,kitchen is dirty, floor is full of papers.Staff won't even acknowledge that you are in there.Place where the straw and napkins are looks like there was an after party.No juice machines are out of service.My review if these are the things I see ..what are the things I can't see. Eat at your own risk.Where's the owner how about corporate?

this has got to be the worst chipotle... every time I order here it seems to be a different problem. More than 4x already have I had to throw my food away, one time the chicken was to salty I could barley swallow it and the guac they gave me was all brown.on top of it why am I paying for a 15 dollar bowl and yet get the serving for a 2 year old. I'm so disappointed that I give this location the benefit of the doubt countless times yet not one thing has changed.im really not one to complain or write a review but wow ya'll got so much work to do

Ordered a sofrita bowl and a veggie bowl, it arrived in under 10 mins which was a bit sketchy. When I started to eat I realized my veggie bowl had chicken in it... The bowl was wet and most likely the bowl was pre-made and they simply printed the sticker with my name on it and put it over any random bowl.

Don’t order from here unless you want to get skimped from food what is this no chicken I ordered through grub hub and chipotle did me dirty

Every time I order from this location through Ubereats my food is always messed up. Just ordered a steak bowl and a kids meal today, kids meal did not have a drink or chips that I ordered and my STEAK bowl had no steak. This place really needs some improvement I hate ordering from this location and will not be ordering from here again!

Tried paying in cash and they refused to accept my money and refused to give me my food due to the fact that they don’t accept cash. I had a personal issue with my bank and had to cancel my card due to fraud from a car rental app etc, due to this inconvenience I can’t use my debit card and tried to pay in cash and was refused. I waited in line and wasn’t informed and I think it’s absolutely ridiculous. Time is money and waited in line for nothing. Had a terrible experience that I had to take the time to write this. Please change your policy and start accepting cash again and I’ll take my 1 star review out.

I totally recommend the food, it's a change of regular foods we eat everyday

I order a burrito with double chicken as I was eating the burrito I realized some of the meat was uncooked. If I get food poisoning I will be going back. Make sure the meat is all the way cooked! People can get sick.

Place is dirty, staff dont even clean the tables or floors. I ordered a burrito, they dont even know how to wrap one, food all over the showcase. Steak was burned and the sour cream tastes funny like expired. Place run by teenagers, no manager on site.

ZERO stars is what I wanted to rate this place. The customer service at the Kearny, NJ location is horrible!! Stove tops haven’t been clean in months the serving station dirty food everywhere. The works are rude don’t even greet customers. Horrible ?
