This place is simply amazing..we were looking for a nice breakfast place and this is definitely the place... Great good, amazing coffee and the service is superb... definitely recommend

Surprisingly very good tasting food. Not just for pastries & ☕. Great friendly service as well.

OMG best Galao, and pan con Manteca, pastries, everything!!! Too bad they aren't in Clifton ?

DISRESPECTFUL staff. A HORRIBLE experience. I have been coming to Arcos for years. I used to like this cafe, but it seems things have gone downhill lately from the looks of my last experience. The coffee and pastries are good but customer service is horrendous. There are other options in town, no one has to put up with this kind of behavior when they are trying to have a peaceful breakfast, lunch, or afternoon snack.

RUDE staff. A HORRIBLE experience. UNSAFE. I have been coming to Arcos for years (since I was a child). I used to love this cafe, but it seems things have gone downhill lately from the looks of my last experience. I was there Tuesday, May 24th for a lunch with my mother. She ordered two tuna sandwiches with olives and w/ bread 'toasted' separately. What they served us was 2 pressed tuna sandwich (soggy & overheated lettuce, tomatoes and onions), when I brought this mistake up to the waitress, she told me 'that's what you ordered and that's what you get' and offered no alternative. Appalled by her combative and defensive response, we let that go and decided to look passed the horrible sandwich quality.... that was until my mom and took a bite into a WHOLE olive with the pit. The waitress put whole olives into our sandwich with no warning. My mother now has tooth soreness as a result of this idiotic decision to put whole olives into a sand-which. Not cool. Not only is it a choking hazard, but my mother almost chipped a tooth. To make matters worse, when we finally raised our concern for safety in regards to using whole olives in sandwhiches, the same lady told us it was OUR fault, for ordering olives and said, 'that's what you order, that's what you get'... we felt so taken back by her dismissive and rude comments. We decided to leave, and never come back to this place. There are other options in town, no one has to put up with this kind of behavior when they are trying to have a peaceful lunch.

I come for the arepas, orange juice, and the iced coffee. They serve it with espresso ice cubes so they just get stronger as you drink. Haven’t had anything else yet but the arepa perico is my fave

The young lady didn't know what she was doing when serving me the pastry. The natas aren't that big deal....bc the outside its all burned out. Not recommending this place certainly not going back.

Cute coffee/bakery shop in town. It gets busy so go early if you want your coffee. They have desserts, sandwiches, soups which are tasty n food. Its a great place to go with family n friends.

Great cakes and portuguese dishes. Friendly staff. My only complaint is the front register counter. The staff barely has any room to squeeze thru the 1.5 foot gap between counters. These girls have a difficult job as is, management really should reconsider the design.

They make the most delicious cappuccinos and hot chocolate. They are known for their pastry, Natas.
