Unsanitary inside, drive thru lines take ages to move, staff is dismissive and impatient. It’s convenient to go to but really nothing good to say about this place besides mediocre fast food

Food tasted good, service was friendly. Seating area was clean. Freestyle soda machines had a lot of options that were not available

I was surprised food was hot and ready when ordered. Drive-thru went quickly.

Food was ok as is always at Wendy's....what called my attention with this location is the lack of supplies....not having a cup holder it was not a big deal for me, but not having spoons when what I ordered I definitely need a spoon to consume it it was just unbelievable, I thought the guy was pulling my leg, but when he offered a straw instead of a spoon it was just hilarious!

My first impression walking in were two employees arguing. It was just very ghetto. The manager was trying his best to be everywhere. Quality of workers just isn’t it at this location. I ended up leaving before being serviced…

I ordered through the app and had my order delivered. My whole order was wrong, I was missing 2 drinks and no one answered the phone. Very disappointing

Angry, rude workers! This place needs to be shutdown, I ordered my food over the app, when I arrived I went thru the drive thru to pick up my food, I order one chicken sandwich with fries and iced tea, they told me it’s not ready and that I have to leave the window and wait at the parking spot and someone will come to me, waited for 7min, probably 10cars passed by that time, so I went inside the store to ask if my food was ready, they started giving me attitude right away… poor customer service, very poor… they should close this location, it gives bad image to the company.

I rarely do bad reviews on this platform however I feel as if this one really needs to be addressed. I am not sure if it is a staffing issue or a management issue however I had a very terrible experience in this Wendy's. When I rolled over to the window and obtained my food I went to check if the order was correct as anyone would, and I didn't take too long to notice that we were missing one order of medium fries. Then the Wendy's worker in the window said to keep moving up ahead to check my food, but again it didn't even take me few seconds to notice I was missing something. So then I told the worker that we were missing medium fries and then he responds in an angrily tone, "bruh you didn't even check the bag." And I responded saying, " I just did." I handed the bag over back to him and he snatches it off my hands. He then goes back to the kitchen and adds the missing item that I pointed out, throws the bag back to me and slams the window shut. I was very surprised to see that kind of reaction in a customer service facility. I understand that everyone has their bad days, but you should not have that attitude towards your customers and I believe this Wendy's needs to be looked over. And not only that, but the burgers I received were the wrong ones. So not only did my family and I experience terrible customer service, but we also lost money from getting the wrong orders. Please do not hire people that do not want to work there.

They were pretty fast , respectful unusual for a long order in fast food restaurant but they messed my chicken sandwich up…

Staff be too ghetto and lazy. Food is fresh, but you have to wait cause the staff again is lazy and ghetto.
