Wasn't fantastic. Decent amount of seafood was given but almost no cabbage. We got medium spicy but there was no base flavor, it just tasted like water and hot sauce was mixed together.
I have ordered lunch box of fried eggs with tomatoes. That’s the worst one I have in my life, it reminded me the dinning hall back to the 90s. I rather cook by myself. Chef pls improve your skill harder after work.
Horrible staffs in this place, we had to go walk at the kitchen to tell them our order, cannot speak English at all and couldn’t understand us. The food was good, but the service was terrible.

Ordered fry hot pot with duck feet via Uber Eats, and I only found 1 piece of duck feet in it. That is one expensive foot.
The location is great but the food has been constantly not impressive and pricey. I ordered from HungryPanda and accidentally bought some promotion code that wasn’t worth it all.
This place is maybe not for everyone but it is quite lucky to have decent hot pot spot in your neighborhood(especially in Jersey city+hoboken). The spicy level of broth is..quite authentic(fire!!?), decent slection of ingredients and portion is quite generous..! It might be little challenging for communication or using of the sauce bar which is not very clean nor organized.. but! It is simply enough to enjoy a slow meal w relaxing atmosphere. They play chill jazz/classic for background music. That's rare for hot pot place ?
Went there on a Friday night by myself. Was kinda feeling depressed and really wanted to have hot pot. They refused to service me with half of tables empty. Really rude.
WORST service I have ever seen!I made an order via HungryPanda (this is a terrible app with fake reviews!) at 12pm. I went to the restaurant to pick up my order later. But I was told that they were not even opened and were not accepting any order! They said that they cannot cancel my order on their side. I then reached to HungryPanda's customer service. But there was no responding.Later the app showed that my order was ready to pick up. It was 6pm so I went to the restaurant, thinking I can still have a dinner.When I reached to the restaurant, they told me that they are still working on my order, which should be ready in 10min.But after 10min they said my order was still not prepared. Later they said that they did not see my order!And I still did not get my money back!
No soap in the bathroom, I guess the employees don't wash their hands in these covid-19 environments. Lack of basic needs, no tongs available for hotpot. The sauces were not refilled.
