Sandwiches are okay but the lady needs to learn better customer service.

The underrated gem of Newark Ave. It's little indeed, but the sandwiches are to die for. Everything is fresh, everything is reasonably priced, everything is available- their big menu might surprise you! It is BUSY around lunchtime, but you'll be in and out in 10 minutes thanks to their lightening quick staff and what must be the state's most efficient cashier. The Wall Street Wonder sandwich is one of my favorites.

This place rules. The chicken cheesesteak (I add mushrooms, always) feels so high quality and I order it over the regular style every time, a total shock for me as a Philly Cheesesteak stan. Breakfast here is a must if you’re in the area. Careful about add-ons, it can get pricey fast.

First, my usual disclaimer: I'm vegetarian, always on the hunt for a nice vegetarian bite. This was not the place.I love a good sandwich. Sometimes you want unique, and sometimes you want basic. The problem with basic is it has to be done just right, otherwise it's easy to notice flaws. I got the #1 Advertising Advantage. Ignoring the name, it's relatively basic mozzarella sandwich with some veggies on it. First, it was nearly $9. Sure, I was hungry, but I got a small, maybe 8" at max sandwich that was at at least 80% bread, for $9. It was a tough, hard to chew baguette, with a total of 3 thin slices of tomato, a few pieces of red onion, some basil. I think I got a bite of a sweet red pepper? I don't know if this place has heard of salt or pepper.I got a $1 worth of ingredients marked up to $9, and they weren't even assembled great. I get it, JC, price markups, etc, but common, would it hurt to try? Any time I see a vege sandwich at the same price as a meat one, I always expect great flavor, because cheese + some veggies are FAR cheaper than meat. So ultimately, it was an overpriced sandwich lacking flavor, lacking texture, lacking basic seasoning. As always, maybe the meat items are good, but if you're vegetarian, don't even waste your time looking in the window.

Tried the Shop for the first time today. They made me the most perfect turkey BLT. Really great spot if you're craving a classic deli sandwich- will definitely go again.

Never disappoints.. great food! I go multiple times a week for breakfast or lunch. Amazing sandwiches--always hits the spot! Good prices and nice staff.

I have to assume that all of the 5 star reviewers either don’t have taste buds, or are from WAAAYYYY outside of New Jersey. They basically sling fast/ready to go sandwiches you would find in a Supermarket premade cooler. Flavorless and unimpressive. They put romaine lettuce on my sub. Enough said!

Just freaking great. A true gem. Great food, great vibe. Great chicken cheesesteak!

My friend and I ordered sandwiches with different types of bread and both breads were very dry. Unfortunately, this made rest of the sandwich taste bad so I can’t comment on the rest. Will give them another try and revise review then.

Food was great service was good to and they was fast getting the food to you. Thank for your service!
