Really bad food and service.... Wouldn't recommend. My chicken was slimy and the hollandaise sauce was thin/broken. I asked the waiter for hot sauce like 5 times and it never came. Eventually, I just got up and grabbed it myself. The place was empty btw. You could probably just leave without paying and the servers wouldn't even notice it. Disgusting food, bad service, and a lot of money. Stay away; A kitchen nightmare. Where's Gordon Ramsay when you need him.
The food was such a disappointment. I decided to take my children and mother to this location. We wanted to try something new. We are not complicated or picky customers. We ordered 3 orders of the steak and eggs, and iced latte, hot coffee, and avacado toast. When the food arrived the steak still had so much blood sitting at the top of the steak like a huge puddle. The side of fried absorbed a good amount of blood. The cooks were not wearing gloves. The grilled was obviously not cleaned properlyBecause the steak tasted exactly likeCharcoal. My avacado toast was so bland but what was so disappointing was the bread wasSo hard. I have veneers and could barely bite into the bread. My mother who ordered a hot coffee was served very chilled coffee she hadTo keep asking them for a fresh pot. They brought out the coffee and didn’t bring any cream or Milk or sugar not even a stirring sooon. I asked for ice 4 times. I totallyGet it sometimes restaurants aren’t busy and servers have so much to do but the place was completely EMPTY there was nobody else dining. I asked the manager to come look atThe food and was very polite. Her response was you don’t like the food don’t pay and don’t come back. I was not trying to upset her I was just bringing to her attention the food was not edible. The fresh fruit bowl was so hot and the fruit was not rinsed off. I was so shocked with her response. Her husband came out when I said To her I’m not trying to offend you maam we just want decent food for The price per plate we Are paying. Better I tell her nicely before she gets another customer and they aren’t as nice. They both kept telling us to stop talking and just leave. When I said hey people leave reviews you know she said I don’t care do what you want. It was so embarrassing to be spoken to like that infront of my children and mother. We just wanted to enjoy a nice breakfast. As a business owner myself of a client isn’t happy I hear their concern and try to make it right. But I would never kick them out and tell them to never return. Honestly I’m so upset. I neverLeave reviews but this really ruined my morning. Take a chance with this place ifYou’d like.
I went for lunch not a shower, the AC rained on our table. The only thing worse is they charge the credit card fee on you food and drink without notice, then they charge the tax on the fee. We know a lot of places charge the fee but to tax you on the fee is madness.

I keep trying this place and keep walking away disappointed. I love the dog-friendly outdoor space and cozy ambiance. Some of the staff on sunny, busy days are on the ball, but most of the servers are awful. So are the bussers who take away food and drinks before I am even close to finished. Long waits for coffee and water refills that you always have to ask for, and sub par food that takes forever to come out. This place is so close by, but it just keeps missing the mark. Get better staff!
Bad service and even worst under seasoned and overcooked food. The only edible thing on the table was the sourdough and bottles of sparkling water and wines we brought. Where did all these good reviews come from? I have never been more disappointed in restaurant that is so busy and bustling. My birthday dinner was absolutely ruined!
Great food, went for dinner. Staff was very nice but not so attentive. Will be going back, and eager to try brunch. I hear they’re great at that.
donuts very bland and more like munchkins also should be called donuts with barely nutella on top instead of nutella donuts because then one might think it’s nutella inside a donut. ordered two nutella donuts and dulce de leche donuts.
We'll have to come back and see if the Franklin gets better. Overall, everything was okay. The food is a solid B/B+. Service was a little uneven, but fine. BYO is a nice touch. Food feels like it's trying to be a more accessible version of Corto, but the food just isn't as polished.
Superb hangar steak. 3 orders at our table, medium rare, medium and medium well and all cooked to perfection! Burrata app, creamy, fresh and perfect size for sharing. Homemade tiramasu delicate and delicious. Lovely and efficient staff and pleasant room
