The music! The ambiance! The vibes! You got it all here folks, get atleast the Berry Blast! You can't get any better
It was my first time eating here in fact never knew this place existed. I ordered stake medium rare with 2 sides veggies and asparagus. My meal came super well done and with mashed potatoes. The veggies ordered was corrected but didn't notice the stake until they brought back the correct veggie order to with afterwards I noticed the stake was well done instead of being prepared per my request. Nice place but there was no reason for messing up my order being their was only my 2 friends and myself seated in the entire place.
Was sat at a table very quickly, however sat there for 10 min with a fairly empty restaurant and large staff without being waited on. Not even a glass of water before I decided on my meal. Worse part was I walked out past the entire staff who were lounging by the bar and not one made eye contact. Will never return here.
It was 2 pm I walked in EMPTY PLACE but a couple sitting down! I asked for a Negroni! They said we can’t make that I said no problem let me have a martini! 3 girls nobody could make my martini waited 10 minutes. One of the girls said wait he is coming he will make your drink! Waited another 5 minutes! He said please give more time I am working I will be right back to make your drink, I said no problem. I was patient and I timed it 20 mins on the dot waked to to the bar! The guy says I was trying to make you a martini which one do you want! I just said to him look let’s make this easy just give a glass of wine and I said whatever you have! I never received such bad service in a long time that when I looked at my bill they charged me 6 dollar gratitude fee! The owner is oblivious to his business, he doesn’t care therefore nobody cares! It really shows that he doesn’t care! But a 6 dollar gratitude fee oh ok
After reading the recent reviews, we had high expectations of this place, but boy, were we disappointed.It took some wait at the door before we got seated, despite the place being empty. We then had a long wait at the table before we got served, although the server was pretty friendly when she did make herself available. The place was empty but the music stupidly loud which made a civil conversation impossible. Loud music is fine when a place is full, not so when empty. The food portions are large and reasonably priced, but it ends there. The fried chicken was super dry, as if it had been reheated in the fryer. The chicken tenders were the same, although the fries were okay. The mac’n’cheese was also dry - basically pasta and chicken with cheese on top and virtually no cheese sauce. And plastic knives and forks for heaven’s sake?!!
Really nice place! We stopped by for a drink and some food. The quality / price ratio is perfect. If you're looking for good food, good drinks for a good price, I highly recommend. The staff is also very friendly.
Food is decent, but the service is mediocre at best. If all you eat is fast food and ramen noodles this will impress you. Before the pandemic I’d give this place a 4 but I’m not sure what’s going on… we had to get the waitress attention every time we needed something. They didn’t say hello for like 10 minutes we sat at the table with no menu.I just like this photo so I posted
Prejudice! If you're not Latina or Latino, they are rude and unwelcoming. They only allow Hispanic people to carry out alcohol, while telling everyone else it's prohibited. I ordered the Ribeye Steak with Baby potatoes; tell me how 2 of the potatoes were rotten and black on the inside instead of white! I was told they were mixed with purple potatoes. They do not take accountability here, they are prejudice, and they have 1 less customer now due to unprofessionalism. I was able to get a refund after arguing for 20 minutes.
Owner is rude. Ordered chicken and it was still pink inside. Staff tried to argue that the food was still good! Are you kidding me? I asked to speak with the owner, and he said "I am ignorant if I am complaining about the chicken being pink, because it's still good food"! They lost a customer.
I’m literally writing this review while I’m still here that’s how absolutely disgusting the service was! The only kind welcoming people is the security guards after you pass them be prepared to have the worst experience of a lifetime. The hookah people will literally chase u down to pay 3 seconds after ordering your hookah. I ordered a 200$ Bottle of Casamigos that they taxed to literally 300$! With a 50$ tip for the horrendous waiter. Oh & if you don’t speak Spanish DO NOT come here !!! Do not spend 1$ here. The DJ does not play ONE English song like literally not one ughh NEVER AGAIN?
