Always an authentic experience. I'm big on customer service so I'd recommend staff should pay more attention to your customers.. the hosting can use a bit more finese but the food is always good so maybe they feel that the table service can be overlooked but not in my book. Get some good tacos, a margarita and keep trucking.
First time here. Looooooved this place! Service was quick, food is amazing, prices are great. We got a lot of stuff and the price was great. Definitely try the tortilla soup and the guacamole!!!
Great as always, even with takeout. Love their steak quesadillas, but tried the grilled chicken one this time, still good.
Food at taqueria is always good, have been coming here for years. Carnitas tacos and tortas are my favorite. Only complaint is that it’s increasingly hard to take your time while you’re there since the host and waiters are constantly rushing people since there’s always a line.
Cecina (steak with Chilaquiles) was delicious. The space has a low-key, local Mexican vibe and great margaritas (especially with the spicy salt rim). A nice authentic Mexican place in JC! There’s usually a wait - but it’s worth it!
Genuinely excellent tacos. Try the steak one. Carnitas are also awesome. Friendly and helpful staff. The outdoor seating is very cozy.
Great service, drinks are on point, the food is good nothing out or the ordinary, but do check your tab/check. The Menu has one price but the check reflects another. Apparently the prices went up but they didn't change it on the Menu, of course they had no choice but to honer the old low price, so do yourself a favor and check your numbers. Overall it's a nice little spot to have a simple meal and good drinks. Enjoy ?
Some of the best tacos I have ever tasted inside the tri-state area. If you want slamming tacos with sensationally margaritas, then try this place and escape to Mexico for a night with family and friends. Justa heads up, sometimes you can wait 30-60minutes but that’s for a reason. You won’t be disappointed. I would have had more pictures but couldn’t wait to bite into these tacos

Always 5 stars at Taqueria!! Everything is SO good here, you really can't go wrong. There's a reason you always have to wait for a table! Once you do sit down, you are in and out quickly, which is my one minor complaint. It's not really a place to have a leisurely meal or any type of real conversation. I still highly recommend it, though, if you want an amazing margarita and perfectly made tacos
