Very unproffesional, misplaced our order and have been waiting for 30 minutes. The workers have been making other customers orders who were behind us first. I had to tell them three times to look for my order and made us wait. They were ignoring me. They were also messing around and there was no sign of proffesionalism. The date is july 15 and they took my order at around 6:30, and I got my order around 7:00. I am highly dissapointed with their service and will never go there again.
Their understaffed because of COVID and they still turn out to be what you expect from Taco Bell. Really good food and really fast service and they're always very polite. I never have any issues with mobile orders or orders made at Taco Bell, so this place is really consistent with what you expect from the rest of the Taco bells you have ever been to.
Waited 30m for an for a bean burrito and taco supreme, smh. Restaurant and bathroom was very dirty and staff was not well groomed. If not for the last resort this would have not been my last choice
Workers are very very slow. There was only me and one other person there and i still have to wait over 15 minutes for my food. The homeless that was there got his free food before me while I had to wait. The manager is one of those guys that just takes his job way to serious. ITS TACOBELL lighten up! If you wanted a serious job go do security instead of being a karen. Every single time I've gone to this tacobell there has been an issue with him and a customer. You need new employees.
Worse Experience, keep messing the order. Once Asked for Beans and they put Beef in one of the items, we are Vegetarian. In Delivery, Always comes the food without sauce packets, no spoons and no Paper towels. This time, No drink with my combo. Seriously? all mistakes in my single order on Tuesday. Probably it will be my last.
By far the worst taco bell. The app marks order ready for pick up and then you have to wait 20-25 mins for pick up. The employees don't even talk properly and won't respond if you complain. It isn't just a one time issue it happens all the time. Taco Bell doesn't really care and employees just care to clock in and clock out. They have 0 interest in their job
Ordered my food half hour ago..ppl came after me but they got the food but not me and when i asked them what happened they been so rude and ignoring me. Even the manager talking rude and saying what you want to do about it. Wow.
I don’t find zero rating else I would have given zero, such worst behavior the lady, she acted like she is Ceo of taco bell, we asked my order is ready and need to pickup at7:49 but order didn’t Ready till 8:30 and she was angry on everyone.
This Taco Bell doesn't have very good rating due to mostly wrong or messed up order and waiting time.I ordered only nacho fries and bean burrito, and I waited for about 25 minutes for it. I didn't know it would take that long. I had to go to another store which was closing at 8 and was 15 minutes away from the Taco Bell, but had to miss it.Waiting time is bad here, but that's because they are really busy not only with walk-ins like I was, but lots of mobile orders and delivery services orders. That's why I was patient.My point for this review is that the employees are not slow, they carefully read each order (I was observing due to my wait time), they manage to talk to customers, answer questions, take orders and prepare them.Some words about the store.It's beautiful inside. There are lots of artistic pictures on the walls, sitting chairs and tables are nice (I attached some photos). Good amount of tables.There is a bathroom for customers only. Can't comment on its sanitary condition, because didn't go there, but maybe should have since I had time.Very popular Taco Bell in very busy area. Open till late night.
I love this Taco Bell! I get food from here nearly every Friday (officially dubbed Taco Bell Fridays). Love getting the grilled cheese burrito when they have it as a seasonal item. The quesedillas are great as are the Tacos and the cinnabon delights. The staff is friendly and the place is really clean. Was a nice place to go to over the heart of the pandemic just to enjoy some taste of normalcy.
