Horrible customer service! They were on Doordash till last week. I contacted the support team and they claimed there was a problem. Here they are taking online orders from their website charging for the extra fees that I wouldn't get charged with doordash pass and using doordash for delivery?! Chipping for few extra bucks. When I ask why my order was canceled after 2 hours I get "we have issued you a full refund". Simply, dont offer services if you cannot provide them or have the decency to give a customer an explanation after you waste their time.
Amazing place for salad enthusiasts!!! This was my first time that I visited this place and the salads are soo good they just don’t serve cut vegetables but they have their special touch to it..I think the carrots and couple of vegetables are soaked in vinegar before they add them and it makes a salad so tasty!! Loved it and will be back for the salads here…other than that the space is also good but the seatings are less I didn’t know it the limited seatings Are because of covid but the ambience is kinda minimalist but really good!!
I love this place - very friendly, and food is always fresh and consistent! Here's a tip - get the blackened chicken, it's much better! My top lunch spot.
First off I paid 23.00 for a blackened chicken salad. Paid extra for the chicken and the cheese. It came in a big container half full with 7 small cubes of chicken a few shredded pieces of cheese and one small container half full of salad dressing. The portion size has greatly decreased while their prices have increased.Do yourself a favor save $20+ and make your own salad it's not worth it.
Glad a sweetgreen made it to the neighborhood! Nice space, central location. Weirdly, this location doesn't offer water on tap, as a "policy". That's a red flag to me -- if you cut corners on something as basic as water, where else are you cutting corners?Portion sizes do seem a bit small (for a sweetgreen), but that might be my mind playing tricks on me. Will have to return a few times to be sure.
I found a hair in my food, I went up to one of the crew members and told them I just wanted to let them know there was a hair in my salad, not asking for a new one nor a refund which I should’ve done. But then this lady comes up to me in a kind of rude way asking me if I wanted the salad remade, I said no. And then she proceeded to explain to me that it wasn’t a hair, it was a eye lash in a rude way. I wasn’t going to make a big deal about the hair but her attitude was unnecessary and not profesional at all.
Sweet green is just plain amazing for us salad lovers. Great salad options at great prices. The Jersey city location is good but their lentil beans are horrible. They serve clumped up, balled up lentils. It’s nuts. Not like that in other sweet greens. I make sure to switch them out for extra chick peas instead but it’s annoying to have to do that cuz I like lentil beans, but that’s how it is there.

I ordered salads to go and they were pretty good.. like portion size too( was concerned since i read reviews from past) so i guess they did make some changes and looks like salads are pretty good..
I’m generally a fan of Sweetgreen, but this was the smallest salad I’ve ever received. All the additional toppings I ordered were provided in minimum quantities.Also, midday music is blaring in here. Not a place to hang out and eat lunch in peace.
